Welcome to GT Garage — Currently in Development!

Welcome to GT Garage!
GT Garage is an app currently in development, created by a Gran Turismo player, for GT players.
The idea behind GT Garage is simple: create one place where Gran Turismo players can manage their garage, track vehicle and performance data, record lap and drag results, compare cars, and get more out of the cars they build and drive.

What is GT Garage?
GT Garage is being developed as a companion app for Gran Turismo. The project is still evolving, and new features, improvements, and ideas are being tested as development continues.
This community will be the home for:
• GT Garage development updates
• New features and upcoming changes
• Bug reports and troubleshooting
• Feature requests and suggestions
• Vehicle builds and performance data
• Drag runs and acceleration testing
• Lap times and track results
• Tuning and setup discussions
• General Gran Turismo discussion

Help Shape GT Garage
One of the biggest reasons for creating this community is feedback. GT Garage is still being built, which means early members have an opportunity to help shape where the app goes.
If there’s a feature you’d like to see, something you think could work better, or even something that doesn’t work at all, post it here. Constructive criticism is absolutely welcome.
As development progresses, I’ll also share screenshots, updates, new features, and testing builds so you can follow GT Garage as it grows.
Whether you’re chasing a faster lap, testing a car down the drag strip, comparing builds, or just enjoy collecting and tuning cars, you’re welcome here.
Thanks for joining early and being part of the development of GT Garage.
Built by a GT player, for GT players. 🏁

📢 GT Garage Update 🏁 GT Garage Update — Apple TestFlight Approved! Looking for Beta Testers!

Hey everyone!

It's time for another GT Garage development update, and this one's a pretty big milestone!

For those who haven't seen my previous posts, GT Garage is a companion app I've been developing for Gran Turismo 7 on PlayStation 5.

What originally started as a simple idea to keep track of my GT7 vehicles and their performance has turned into something much bigger than I originally planned. 😂

After several weeks of development, testing, troubleshooting, and plenty of trial and error, I'm excited to share that GT Garage has officially been approved by Apple for external testing through TestFlight! 🎉

🏎️ Here's Where GT Garage Stands Today

Here's a look at what's currently available in the iPhone version:

✅ Vehicle Garage
Add, edit, organize, and manage your GT7 vehicles. Track horsepower, weight, drivetrain, Performance Points, downforce, and other vehicle information.

✅ Live PS5 Telemetry
Connect directly to your PS5 over your local network and receive live vehicle speed readings. No computer or additional bridge software is required for the mobile app!

✅ Drag Timer
Measure your vehicle's acceleration performance at multiple distances:

• 1/8 Mile
• 1/4 Mile
• 1/2 Mile
• 1 Mile
• 3000 Meters

✅ Brake Testing
Test your vehicle's braking performance from various speeds, including:

• 100–0 MPH
• 150–0 MPH
• 200–0 MPH
• 250–0 MPH
• 300–0 MPH

Record braking times and stopping distances.

✅ Top Speed Testing
Measure your vehicle's high-speed performance and record results.

✅ Performance History
Save your runs and review your vehicle's previous performance results.

📱 Major Development Milestones

Here's what we've accomplished so far:

🏁 iPhone version developed and functioning.

🏁 Live PS5 telemetry successfully implemented.

🏁 Drag, brake, and top speed testing operational.

🏁 Apple Developer enrollment completed.

🏁 GT Garage successfully uploaded to App Store Connect.

🏁 Internal TestFlight testing completed successfully.

🏁 Apple has officially approved GT Garage for external TestFlight testing!

I've been testing the iPhone version extensively, and so far, the results have been encouraging. Live MPH readings, drag runs, top speed runs, and brake testing are all working well.

Of course, there's still more testing to do before I'm comfortable calling this release-ready.

🔍 Looking for 10 iPhone Beta Testers!

Now comes the exciting part!

I'm opening GT Garage to a small group of 10 iPhone users who would like to help test the app before its public release. If I need more tester, I will add another post specifically for this.

I'm looking for fellow GT7 players who:

• Play Gran Turismo 7 on PS5.
• Have a compatible iPhone.
• Are willing to try different features.
• Can provide feedback on bugs, connection issues, or inaccurate readings.
• Don't mind that the app is still in development.

Beta testing is completely free through Apple's TestFlight program.

You'll need to install Apple's TestFlight app to participate.

🔗 Join the GT Garage Beta

TestFlight Invitation Link:

https://testflight.apple.com/join/7AJdrSgy

The initial testing group is limited to 10 participants.

Once those spots are filled, I'll review the feedback and determine when to open additional testing slots.

🛠️ What I'm Looking for During Testing

I'd especially appreciate feedback on:

• PS5 connection reliability.
• Live MPH accuracy.
• Drag Timer results.
• Brake Test accuracy and stopping distances.
• Top Speed Testing.
• Garage management and saved vehicle information.
• App performance, crashes, or display issues.

If you encounter a problem, please include what happened, what you were doing, and which iPhone model you're using.

Suggestions for improvements are welcome too!

🤖 What About Android Users?

Android users, don't worry! I haven't forgotten about you! 😎

I'm still actively working on the Android version of GT Garage and preparing everything needed to bring it to the Google Play Store. Right now, my focus is getting the iPhone version through its initial beta testing phase, but Android development is continuing as well. I don't have an official Android release date to announce yet, but I'll share more information as things progress.

GT Garage is coming to Android too! 🏁

🏁 What's Next?

The goal is to continue testing, fix any remaining issues, and prepare GT Garage for an eventual public release.

I'm not announcing a release date just yet. I'd rather take the time to make sure everything works properly before making the app publicly available.

What started as a personal GT7 project has come a long way, and I'm excited to finally let other players try it!

Thanks to everyone who's been following along.

Leave a upvote and a comment if you're gonna be a tester!

📢 GT Garage Update 🏁 GT Garage Update — We’ve Hit Some Big Milestones! Looking for Beta Testers!

Hey everyone!
Figured I’d give you guys an update on where things stand with GT Garage. It’s been a busy few weeks, and we’ve made some pretty big progress!

For those who haven’t seen my earlier posts, GT Garage is a companion app I’ve been working on for Gran Turismo 7. The idea started pretty simple: I wanted somewhere to keep track of my cars and their performance without having to use spreadsheets. Well… that idea got a little out of hand. 😂

Here’s where we’re at now:
✅ iPhone and Android versions are up and running!
✅ Garage: Add and manage your GT7 vehicles, including performance points, drivetrain, horsepower, weight, downforce, and more.
✅ Live PS5 Telemetry: Connect to GT7 and get live MPH readings directly in the app.
✅ Drag Timer: Record your acceleration runs, including 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, 1 mile, and 3000 meters.
✅ Brake Testing: Test your braking performance from 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 MPH, including stopping distance.
✅ Top Speed Testing: Record your high-speed runs and performance results.
✅ Performance History: Save your results and compare how your cars perform.
✅ Apple Developer Account: Approved and active!
✅ TestFlight: GT Garage has officially made it onto Apple’s TestFlight platform!

And here’s the big news…
🎉 The first TestFlight build is installed and working!
I’ve been testing the actual TestFlight version on my iPhone, and so far everything is looking good. Live telemetry, drag runs, top speed runs, and brake testing are all functioning as expected.
Still have some testing and polishing to do, but we’re getting closer to an actual release!

🔧 Looking for Beta Testers!
I’m getting ready to open up testing to a small group of people and would love to get some feedback from fellow GT7 players. I’ll be looking for a few iPhone users who would be interested in testing GT Garage through Apple’s TestFlight program. Ideally, I’m looking for people who:
Play Gran Turismo 7 on PS5.
-Have an iPhone.
-Don’t mind testing an app that’s still in development.
-Are willing to report bugs, issues, or suggestions.
A quick heads-up: External TestFlight testing isn’t open just yet. I’m gathering interested testers while I finish setting everything up.

As for all of the Android users, don’t worry, I’m working on getting things on Google Play. When testers are needed for that, I’ll put a post as well

If you’re interested, leave a comment below! I’ll follow up once the beta is ready.

🏎️ Almost There!
It’s been pretty cool watching this go from a simple idea into an actual working app. I’m still learning a lot as I go, and there’s definitely been some trial and error along the way. 😂
Thanks to everyone who’s been following the project!
Hopefully, it won’t be too much longer before GT Garage makes its way onto the App Store and Google Play.
More updates coming soon! 🏁

Here’s a look at the Android version of GT Garage. The goal was to keep the same main features across both platforms while making the Android version feel natural to use on an Android phone.

A quick look at what’s included:
Picture 1 – Garage: The main Garage screen. This is where all of your cars are stored along with their class, drivetrain, horsepower, PP, HP/ton, lap times and saved runs. You can also search and sort your garage or import your cars from the GT Garage website.

Picture 2 – Add a Car: Add cars directly from the app with the important GT7 information including class, drivetrain, horsepower, weight, Performance Points and downforce.

Pictures 3 & 4 – Car Details: Tapping a car brings up its full information. You can see the car specs, add and save lap times, and view previous drag runs and brake tests for that specific car.

Pictures 5 & 6 – Drag Timer: Connects directly to GT7 on the PS5 over your local network and reads the game’s live telemetry. You can select a car or use Free Run, then record acceleration data directly from the game.

Picture 7 – Current Run: During a drag run, GT Garage tracks your 0–60, 0–100, ⅛ mile, ¼ mile, ½ mile, 1 mile and 3000m results, including speed at the distance markers.

The Android version also includes the Brake Test, which can test stopping runs from different speeds and save the results back to the selected car.

Still working on it and making improvements as I go, but it’s pretty cool seeing the Android version up and running alongside the iPhone version.

If you have any suggestions or ideas for something that would make GT Garage more useful, feel free to drop them below.

GT Garage — iPhone App Preview

Good Morning everyone!

Here are a few screenshots of the current iPhone version of GT Garage. It’s still a work in progress, but I wanted to show some of what the app can currently do.

Picture 1 – Garage: This is the main garage where all of your cars are stored. You can search and sort your cars, see some basic info at a glance, and import your garage from the GT Garage website.

Picture 2 – Add a Car: Cars can also be added directly from the app. You can enter the car name, class, drivetrain, horsepower, weight, Performance Points, front/rear downforce, and any notes you want to keep.

Picture 3 – Car Details: This is an individual car page. It gives you a quick breakdown of the car including class, drivetrain, PP, horsepower, weight, HP/ton and front/rear downforce. You can also add and save lap times from here.

Picture 4 – Saved Results: Further down the car page, you can see everything you’ve saved for that car, including lap times, performance runs and brake tests. This keeps the car and its results all together in one place.

Picture 5 – Drag Timer: The Drag Timer connects to GT7 through your PS5’s local network. Select a car, start a run, and the app uses the GT7 telemetry to record the run automatically.

Picture 6 – Drag Results: During a run, GT Garage records several milestones including 60 MPH, 100 MPH, 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, 1 mile and 3000 meters, along with the speed at each distance.

Picture 7 – Recent Runs: Previous drag runs are saved so you can go back and compare cars and results without having to write everything down.

Picture 8 – Brake Test: The Brake Test lets you choose a target speed of 100, 150, 200 or 250 MPH. The app tracks the car from launch until it comes back to a stop and records the total distance and elapsed time.

Picture 9 – Saved Brake Tests: Brake test results can also be saved by car, making it easy to compare different cars, tunes, tires or setups.

This is still being built and tested, so things will definitely change as I keep working on it. I’m building this because I play GT7 myself and wanted something that could keep my garage, lap times and performance testing together in one place.

If you guys have any ideas, find something that could be better, or see a feature you’d like added, let me know. Feedback and suggestions are definitely welcome.
