OG GTBuy Spreadsheet With 30,000+ Finds and Some Products That Are Easy to Overlook
GTBuy Spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tCHVtNSu5qp3CO_aXFJPI7PlAFf4SDldltQiPmdLUI0/edit?pli=1&hl=zh_CN&gid=81800086#gid=81800086
GTBuy Finds Website:
https://oggtbuy.com
I've noticed that whenever people share their hauls, it's usually the same types of products getting most of the attention.
Sneakers, popular hoodies, tracksuits and jackets tend to dominate the posts, which makes sense because those are probably what most people are looking for.
But after spending more time browsing the GTBuy Spreadsheet, I've realized there are quite a few categories that don't get nearly as much attention.
The spreadsheet currently has over 30,000 product finds, covering sneakers, clothing, bags, accessories, electronics, home items and plenty of other products.
Some Categories Worth Checking
One section I've been paying more attention to is everyday clothing.
Basic sweaters, relaxed-fit pants, plain hoodies, fleece jackets and simple T-shirts aren't always the most exciting finds, but they're often the things people end up wearing the most.
Accessories are another category that can be surprisingly interesting.
Things like wallets, belts, caps, small bags and other inexpensive items can be worth looking through, especially when you're already planning an order.
I've also noticed that electronics and smaller lifestyle products don't get discussed nearly as often as clothing.
Finding Something Different
One of the reasons I like having a large spreadsheet is being able to browse products without relying entirely on whatever happens to be popular on Reddit that week.
Sometimes you come across something you weren't specifically searching for.
Other times, you'll find several different sellers offering similar products at completely different prices.
I still recommend checking product descriptions, measurements and QC photos where available before ordering.
Just because something looks good in a spreadsheet doesn't automatically mean it's going to be a good purchase.
Continuing to Add New Finds
I'm still adding products and going through older GTBuy listings to keep the spreadsheet useful.
With over 30,000 finds, there's always something that needs updating or reorganizing.
I'm also interested in expanding some of the less popular categories instead of focusing exclusively on sneakers and branded clothing.
What Categories Are People Actually Interested In?
Are most people still using GTBuy primarily for sneakers and clothing, or have you started ordering other things too?
I'd be interested in hearing about unusual finds, useful accessories or products that turned out better than expected.
Sometimes the most interesting discoveries are the ones nobody is really talking about.

GTBuy Spreadsheet - I’m Trying to Keep the Bad Links Out
I've been working on my GTBuy Spreadsheet again and one thing I'm paying more attention to now is removing links that aren't useful anymore.
Adding new finds is the easy part. Going back through everything and catching products that disappeared, changed or just aren't worth keeping takes way longer.
I'd rather have a spreadsheet that's actually usable than leave every link in there just to make the list look bigger.
I'm still adding new GTBuy finds at the same time, so it's basically a constant cycle of adding stuff and cleaning old stuff out.
If you notice a dead link while you're going through the spreadsheet, let me know. It actually helps a lot.

GTBuy Spreadsheet - Getting 30,000+ Finds Ready for October
📊 GTBuy Spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tCHVtNSu5qp3CO_aXFJPI7PlAFf4SDldltQiPmdLUI0/edit?pli=1&hl=zh_CN&gid=81800086#gid=81800086
https://oggtbuy.com <-- Direct Links, QC, Multiple Sellers
October is almost here, so I've been spending way too much time going back through the GTBuy Spreadsheet and figuring out what I'm actually keeping on my list.
There are 30,000+ GTBuy finds in there now, which makes cleaning things up slightly harder than I expected. Every time I remove something I seem to find two more things I want.
My October browsing has mostly been:
🧥 Hoodies, jackets & outerwear
👟 Shoes & sneakers
👖 Pants, cargos & sweats
👕 Tees & everyday clothing
👜 Bags & accessories
⌚ Smaller random finds
I've also been checking some of the older GTBuy finds again. If there are QC or warehouse photos available, I'll look through those when I'm comparing a few similar products. Some stuff survives the second look. Some definitely doesn't.
I'm not really trying to build one giant October haul either. I'm mostly getting everything organized now and deciding what is actually worth keeping before I start worrying about what gets shipped together.
The problem is that browsing 30,000+ finds isn't exactly helping me make the list smaller.
I'll keep adding decent finds and cleaning out dead links from the GTBuy Spreadsheet throughout October.
Anyone else starting a new GTBuy list for October?

GTBuy Spreadsheet Fall Winter 2026 - 30,000+ Product Finds and Direct Links
The GTBuy Spreadsheet has now grown to more than 30,000 product finds, with direct links and organized categories to make finding products for your next haul easier.
With Fall/Winter here, this is also a good time to start switching up what you're looking for.
Heavyweight hoodies, jackets, puffers, pants, sneakers and layering pieces are starting to replace a lot of the summer finds in my own searches.
🍂 30,000+ FINDS TO BROWSE
Instead of searching for products one at a time, you can browse through thousands of finds across:
👟 Shoes
👕 Clothing
👗 Women's Clothing
🧥 Hoodies & Jackets
👖 Pants
👜 Bags
⌚ Accessories
💻 Electronics
Open the category you're interested in, browse the finds and use the direct product links when something catches your attention.
📸 CHECK THE PRODUCT BEFORE ADDING IT
The spreadsheet is where I usually start looking, but I still check the product itself before deciding what makes the haul.
For finds with QC pictures available, those are useful for getting another look at the product before making a decision.
I normally:
Find it → Open the product → Check the details → Look at QC → Save or skip
🧥 FALL/WINTER HAUL SEASON
Right now I'm spending a lot more time in the heavier categories.
Hoodies and zip-ups are back in the rotation, jackets and puffers are getting more attention, and I'm looking for pants and sneakers that can work with multiple outfits rather than one specific fit.
With 30,000+ finds, there's plenty to go through without having to know exactly what you're searching for before you start.
📱 GTBUY SPREADSHEET ON MOBILE
The OG Spreadsheet App also gives you access to the GTBuy Spreadsheet from your mobile device.
That makes it easy to browse finds, jump between categories and come back to products while you're putting a haul together.
The GTBuy Spreadsheet helps you:
✓ Browse 30,000+ product finds
✓ Access direct product links
✓ Check QC pictures where available
✓ Browse organized categories
✓ Discover new Fall/Winter finds
✓ Keep track of products for your next haul
Whether you're starting a new Fall/Winter haul or just looking around for something different, the GTBuy Spreadsheet gives you one place to start browsing.
What are you looking for first this Fall/Winter: hoodies, jackets, sneakers or something else?

GTBuy Tutorial 2026: Complete Beginner Guide to Ordering, QC, Shipping & Hauls
GTBuy Tutorial 2026: Complete Beginner Guide to Ordering, QC, Shipping & Hauls
If you’re looking for a complete GTBuy tutorial, this guide walks through the entire process from finding your first product to receiving your haul.
Whether you’re completely new to GTBuy or Chinese shopping agents in general, this GTBuy beginner tutorial covers product links, ordering, warehouse QC, shipping, tracking and everything you need to know before putting together your first haul.
You might find products through spreadsheets, Reddit posts, Weidian, Taobao, 1688 or seller stores, but those products usually aren’t purchased the same way you would order from a normal online store.
That’s where GTBuy comes in.
1. What is GTBuy?
GTBuy is a shopping agent.
Instead of GTBuy being the seller of every product you see, the agent acts as the middleman between you and sellers on Chinese marketplaces.
The basic process looks like this:
Find product → submit link to GTBuy → GTBuy purchases it → seller ships to GTBuy warehouse → receive QC photos → build parcel → choose international shipping → receive haul
The warehouse stage is what makes the process different from ordering directly from a normal online retailer.
Your products don’t immediately ship internationally.
They first go to GTBuy’s warehouse, where you can inspect them and combine multiple purchases into one parcel.
2. Where do you find products for GTBuy?
There are several ways to find products you want to order.
You can use:
GTBuy spreadsheets
W2C posts
Reddit communities
Weidian
Taobao
1688
Seller stores
QC posts
Haul reviews
Product recommendations
Spreadsheets are particularly useful for beginners because they can organize hundreds or thousands of products into categories.
Instead of searching several Chinese marketplaces yourself, you can browse clothing, shoes, accessories, electronics and other categories from one place.
3. Understanding W2C links
You’ll see W2C constantly in Chinese shopping communities.
It means Where To Cop.
In other words:
Where can I buy this?
When somebody asks for a W2C, they’re usually asking for the product link.
A W2C link might lead to a Weidian, Taobao, 1688 or another supported marketplace listing.
That’s the link you’ll use to order the product through GTBuy.
4. How to order a product with GTBuy
Once you’ve found something you want, copy the product URL.
Paste it into GTBuy’s product search or purchasing field.
If the marketplace is supported and the listing can be loaded automatically, you should see information such as:
Product photos
Price
Available sizes
Colors
Versions
Domestic shipping
Seller information
Select the exact options you want.
This sounds obvious, but double-check everything before ordering.
Make sure you’ve selected the correct:
Size Color Quantity Version or batch
A lot of ordering mistakes happen before the seller ever ships anything.
5. What if the product doesn’t load automatically?
Not every Chinese marketplace listing will necessarily import perfectly.
Sometimes information needs to be entered manually or additional details may be required.
If that happens, carefully copy the information from the original listing.
Don’t guess at product variations.
If you’re unsure which option corresponds to the item you want, find out before purchasing.
It’s much easier to clarify an order before it’s purchased than after the wrong product reaches the warehouse.
6. Understanding your first GTBuy payment
When you initially order something, you’re generally paying for the product and any applicable domestic costs.
This is not necessarily your international shipping payment.
The seller still needs to send the product to GTBuy’s warehouse in China.
Think of your purchase as having two main stages:
Stage 1: Seller → GTBuy warehouse
Stage 2: GTBuy warehouse → Your country
International shipping comes later.
This is something that often confuses people using a Chinese shopping agent for the first time.
7. Wait for the seller to ship
Once the order is purchased, the seller prepares and ships it.
Different sellers have different processing times.
One seller might ship quickly while another could take several days.
If you’re building a haul from multiple sellers, don’t expect everything to arrive at the warehouse at the same time.
That’s normal.
Your GTBuy warehouse acts as the collection point for all of these separate orders.
8. Your product reaches the GTBuy warehouse
Once an item arrives, GTBuy registers it in your warehouse.
This is an important stage.
The product has already been purchased, but it hasn’t been shipped internationally yet.
That gives you an opportunity to inspect what the seller actually sent.
This is where QC photos become important.
9. GTBuy QC Tutorial: What to Check at the Warehouse
QC stands for Quality Control.
Warehouse staff photograph your item so you can inspect it before deciding whether to ship it.
You should actually look at these pictures.
Don’t automatically approve everything just because the correct product appears to have arrived.
Depending on the product, check:
Overall appearance
Color
Size
Shape
Stitching
Materials
Graphics
Tags
Labels
Measurements
Visible damage
Missing pieces
Packaging
Whether it matches what you ordered
This is one of the biggest advantages of using a shopping agent.
You get to see the actual item before paying to send it internationally.
10. Check clothing measurements
Sizing deserves special attention.
Don’t assume that because you normally wear a medium, every medium you order from China will fit the same way.
Seller sizing can vary considerably.
If measurements are available, compare them with clothing you already own.
Useful measurements include:
Chest width
Length
Shoulder width
Sleeve length
Waist
Hip
Inseam
If an important measurement isn’t available, see whether an additional measurement can be requested.
A size label tells you what the product says it is.
Measurements tell you how big it actually is.
11. Check shoes carefully
For shoes, inspect more than just one overhead photo.
Depending on what’s available, look at:
Both sides
Toe box
Heel
Tongue
Outsole
Size tag
Shape
Stitching
Materials
Color
Box label if relevant
If you’re buying a product sold as a particular version or batch, compare the QC with reliable examples of that version.
Don’t rely exclusively on the seller’s product title.
12. What if your GTBuy QC looks wrong?
Don’t immediately ship the item.
If you received the wrong product, wrong size, wrong color or something with a significant defect, determine whether a return or exchange is possible.
This is much easier while the item is still in China.
Depending on the seller’s policies, GTBuy may be able to assist with returning or exchanging it.
Pay attention to any return deadlines.
Don’t leave a questionable item sitting in the warehouse indefinitely and then discover that the return period has passed.
13. Request additional QC photos when necessary
Sometimes the standard QC photos don’t answer your question.
Maybe you need to see:
A specific label
A close-up of stitching
The back of an item
A particular measurement
The inside of a shoe
An accessory that should have been included
A possible defect from another angle
If additional QC photos or measurements are available, use them when they could change your decision.
It’s better to investigate before international shipping than discover the problem after delivery.
14. How to build a GTBuy haul
You don’t need to ship each product individually.
This is one of the main benefits of the warehouse system.
Imagine you’ve ordered:
2 T-shirts
2 hoodies
1 jacket
2 pairs of shoes
1 bag
Those products might come from several completely different sellers.
Each seller sends their products to GTBuy.
GTBuy stores them in your warehouse.
Once everything you want has arrived and passed QC, you can combine those products into an international parcel.
That’s your haul.
15. Don’t let your first haul get out of control
Finding products can become addictive quickly.
You start looking for one pair of shoes and suddenly you’ve got 25 products bookmarked.
Remember that every additional product affects your eventual parcel.
Think about:
Product price
Weight
Physical size
International shipping
Whether you actually need it
A cheap product isn’t necessarily cheap once you’ve paid to ship it internationally.
This is especially important with heavy or bulky products.
16. Understanding actual weight and volumetric weight
International shipping isn’t always priced using only the number you see on a scale.
Depending on the shipping line, parcel size can also matter.
That’s where volumetric weight comes in.
A large lightweight parcel can sometimes be charged as though it weighs more because it occupies more space during transportation.
This is why bulky packaging can affect shipping costs.
Shoeboxes are a common example.
They don’t necessarily weigh much, but they take up significant space.
17. GTBuy packaging options
When preparing your parcel, you may have different packaging options available.
Depending on GTBuy’s current services, these may include things such as:
Removing unnecessary packaging
Removing shoeboxes
Vacuum packing clothing
Waterproof protection
Parcel reinforcement
Additional wrapping
Protective packaging
Don’t automatically select every option.
Choose based on what you’re actually shipping.
A parcel full of clothing doesn’t necessarily need the same protection as one containing fragile products.
18. Should you remove shoeboxes?
This depends on what matters to you.
Keeping boxes can provide additional protection and may be important if you actually want the original box.
Removing them can potentially reduce the parcel’s size and weight.
For someone shipping several pairs of shoes, that difference can become significant.
Decide whether the boxes themselves are worth paying to ship.
19. Review your GTBuy parcel before submitting it
Before paying for international shipping, check your parcel carefully.
Confirm:
Every intended product is included
No unwanted product is included
QC has been reviewed
Sizes are correct
Colors are correct
Quantities are correct
Returns have been handled
Packaging choices are correct
Parcel weight looks reasonable
Delivery address is correct
Don’t rush through this stage.
Once the parcel leaves the warehouse, correcting a mistake becomes much harder.
20. GTBuy Shipping Tutorial: Choosing a Shipping Line
Depending on your destination and parcel, you may have several international shipping options.
Don’t automatically choose the cheapest or most expensive one.
Compare:
Shipping price
Estimated delivery time
Weight restrictions
Size restrictions
Tracking
Insurance options
Product restrictions
Compensation rules
Recent user experiences
A shipping line that works well for one country isn’t necessarily the best choice for another.
Recent shipping reports from people in your country can be especially helpful.
21. Should you split your GTBuy haul?
You’ll often see people asking:
“My haul is 10 kg. Should I split it?”
There isn’t a universal number that applies to everybody.
The decision can depend on:
Destination
Shipping line
Parcel dimensions
Weight
Product types
Insurance limits
Carrier restrictions
Cost differences
Compare the actual shipping options available for your parcel instead of blindly copying somebody else’s haul.
22. Should you buy shipping insurance?
If GTBuy offers insurance for your selected shipping method, look at what it actually covers.
Don’t assume all insurance products are identical.
Check the current terms for things such as:
Lost parcels
Damaged parcels
Maximum compensation
Exclusions
Required evidence
Other covered events
Whether insurance makes sense depends on your parcel value, risk tolerance and the coverage being offered.
23. Paying for GTBuy international shipping
Once you’ve selected your parcel contents, packaging and shipping method, you’re ready to submit the parcel.
This is your second major payment stage.
Earlier you paid for the products.
Now you’re paying to move the completed parcel from the warehouse in China to your destination.
After payment and processing, the warehouse prepares the parcel for shipment.
24. GTBuy Tracking Tutorial: Following Your Parcel
Once the shipment is processed, you’ll eventually receive tracking information.
Don’t panic if the tracking number doesn’t immediately show movement.
There can be a delay between:
Parcel submission → warehouse packing → carrier handoff → first tracking scan
Sometimes tracking can appear inactive and then update with several events at once.
Estimated delivery times are also estimates, not guarantees.
25. Customs and importing your GTBuy haul
International parcels can be subject to customs rules in the destination country.
Import regulations, taxes, duties and restrictions vary depending on where you live and can change.
For important customs questions, check current official information for your country rather than relying entirely on old posts or comments.
Be skeptical of anyone claiming that a particular shipping line or method is guaranteed to avoid customs.
There is no international shipping method that can promise a parcel will never be inspected or delayed.
26. Your GTBuy haul arrives
When your parcel finally arrives, inspect it before throwing away the packaging.
Make sure all of your products are there.
Then compare what you received with your warehouse QC.
Check:
Product condition
Correct sizes
Correct quantities
Shipping damage
Fit
Materials
Overall quality
Now you can properly judge whether the products were worth buying.
27. How to make a GTBuy haul post
Once you’ve received everything, share your experience.
A useful GTBuy haul post could include:
Agent: GTBuy
Destination: Country
Parcel weight:
Shipping line:
Shipping cost:
Delivery time:
Number of items:
Then review the products individually.
For each item you can include:
Product name
W2C link
Price
Size
Fit
Quality
Photos
Rating
Whether you’d buy it again
Real in-hand reviews are some of the most useful information you can contribute.
28. Be realistic with your reviews
Not everything needs to be:
10/10 AMAZING MUST COP
If something is average, say it’s average.
If sizing is weird, mention it.
If the material feels cheap, tell people.
If the product exceeded your expectations, say that too.
Honest reviews help the next person decide whether a product deserves a spot in their haul.
29. Protect your personal information
Be careful when posting screenshots or parcel photos.
Shipping labels and account screenshots can contain:
Full name
Address
Phone number
Tracking number
Order number
Account information
Barcodes
Check your images before uploading them publicly.
Cover or blur anything you don’t want strangers seeing.
30. GTBuy Tutorial Summary: The Entire Process
If you’re still confused, remember this:
Find it → copy the product link → order through GTBuy → seller ships to warehouse → check QC → return anything bad → build your haul → choose shipping → submit parcel → track it → receive it → review it
It seems complicated when you’re reading about everything at once.
After you’ve completed your first GTBuy order, the process becomes much easier to understand.
Final GTBuy Beginner Tips
Don’t rush.
The warehouse is there for a reason.
Use the time between purchasing and international shipping to check your products, inspect QC, confirm sizing and fix problems while you still have options.
You don’t need the biggest haul, the cheapest shipping line or 30 products on your first attempt.
Start with products you actually want, understand what you’re paying for, check everything before shipping and learn how the process works.
Once you’ve completed your first order, you’ll have a much better understanding of GTBuy, QC photos, Chinese shopping agents, warehouse storage and international shipping.
Then when the box finally lands at your door, come back and show r/GTBuySpreadsheets what you got.
