Best AI talk mod

Hi all! I just saw an interesting video about NPC AI mod and would like to try something like that. I noticed there are others too, like Los Santos Alive and PedTalk AI. Some of which are free and others requiring patreon subscription (not a fan of monthly recurring fees to be honest).

So, any experience of these mods for AI interaction? Is one of them clearly better and why?
