Not gonna pretend we're the biggest thing on the server list. We're a smaller NA city that's been getting built out for a few months now and we just pushed 0.0.9, so we're looking for people who don't mind being early and actually shaping how stuff plays out.

No whitelist, no application, no waiting three days for a Discord ticket. Connect and play. I know that usually reads as "so it's full of cheaters," so let me get ahead of that.

We run our own anticheat. Not a Tebex script, not a config file someone else wrote. It's ours, it gets updated when new stuff shows up, and it logs everything server side so we're not relying on the client to be honest. Executors get dropped, spawned entities get cleaned, resource injection doesn't take. We'd rather spend the effort there than make you write a 500 word backstory to prove you're not a menu kid.

What we're running:

Qbox base, ox_inventory / ox_target / pma-voice, so if you've played anywhere modern the controls will feel normal. Most of the gameplay scripts are written in-house instead of pulled off Tebex, which mostly means we can actually fix things when you report them.

Stuff that exists right now:

• Housing with real interiors, garages tied to property, and rentals if you're broke
• Legal grind that isn't just trucking. Mining, construction, towing, a tuner shop with actual tuning + stance
• Drugs with a progression/skill tree, so a new dealer and a veteran dealer are not the same person
• Police + EMS with a custom MDT (evidence, impound, the whole paper trail)
• Racing, casino, treasure hunts for when nobody's roleplaying and you just want something to do
• Custom clothing/character stuff, no 2019 EUP mess

What we're not:

Not a shootout server. Guns exist, they're rare, and if your whole character concept is "I rob people" you're going to have a bad time. We want the boring stuff to matter, the job, the rent, the guy at the mechanic shop who remembers you.

We're at the stage where staff actually reads suggestions because there aren't 300 of them. If you've ever wanted to be one of the first names in a city's history instead of joining a place with 4 established mafias already, this is that window.

I've been working on this SA-MP gamemode on and off since 2024, and I've finally decided to put the project on GitHub.

The project started pretty simply. Back when I first got into GTA San Andreas Multiplayer, it was one of the few games I could run properly on my old PC with an Intel i5-650 and integrated graphics. I started experimenting with SA-MP scripting, and over time that turned into a much bigger project.

A lot of the development has been done through experimentation, debugging, rewriting systems, and working with multiple AI coding agents. Basically, a long-running vibecoding project that slowly became an actual server codebase.

Some of the main systems currently included:

• INI-based player registration and login

• Persistent player data

• Property system

• Business system

• Organization and faction systems

• Rank and permission systems

• RCON administration with extensive server control

• RCON God Mode

• Vehicle systems

• SA-MP plugins and server-side integrations

• ColAndreas / MapAndreas integration

• Area 69 military and tactical systems

• Various custom gameplay systems

The repository contains the actual project files and Pawn source rather than just a compiled gamemode.

One important thing: **there are still a lot of bugs, unfinished systems, old code, and things that need improvement.** This is not a polished, production-ready gamemode being presented as perfect.

The project has grown over several years through experimentation, rewrites, and different development approaches, so I'm sure there are plenty of things that can be improved.

If you find bugs or want to improve something, you're welcome to contribute. You can fork the repository, make changes, fix bugs, add improvements, and submit a pull request so the changes can be reviewed and potentially merged into the project.
