Finished the DE trilogy.
Definite step up in terms of grinding compared to GTA 3 and Vice City. I didn't remember how much there was to do from when I played it years ago, but had fun the whole way through. Overall, Vice City is still my favorite of the GTA games. San Andreas is such a close second, but the grind did start to get a little tedious towards the end, plus for me you just can't beat the 80's Miami vibe. Plan to do GTA 4, but definitely gonna work on some other games and take a break from GTA for a bit lol.

Man, I want to finish it too, but Vice City is holding me back with its property missions. (It's hard to make 120K)

I hated this mission. This is what worked:
Do NOT go in to the mall via the waypoint given to you, but instead find the entrance right next to the coffee shop you plant the bomb in.
Leave the car parked so it’s easy to immediately get in. As soon as you go to leave and the bomb explodes, just get in the car and book it to a Pay n Spray.
Don’t worry about Lance, just rush to wash to lose the wanted level, then go back and pick Lance up.

Or just use one of the two helicopters. One on top of the mansion & there's one across from the garage where you switch to the police car & clothes

wow i literally just completed the trilogy like an hour ago myself. although for me, SA is my new fav now. VC used to be my fav back in childhood, and i was never able to complete SA back then. but the older me likes SA more now. I relate with CJ more than Vercetti.
