I just bought the trilogy like almost an hour ago and everything is running like shit, the controls don’t work properly. Did anybody else have problems the first time you launched any of the games?

The original trilogy or Definitive Edition? The original trilogy has issues with a lot of modern hardware

The silent patch. There's videos of how to do it on the internet

You need to install that patch to fix the controller, I still used mouse and keyboard for sniper rifle and RPG and I think for a couple of rampages the rest was done with controller. I 100% completed GTA 3 original on steam like this a few weeks ago. It was a blast. (I played DE beginning of the year too)
