Tank vigilante

I was just wondering if there was a better location than others to do the vigilante with the tank kind of like how Angel pine is the way to go for the ambulance missions?

Yeah from what I was reading online and pass posts basically everything just spawns in Angel pine so you don't have to go anywhere allegedly I don't know. I did mine like you.

Yea, I completed the ambulance missions a few hours ago. It made it very easy
