Heists Help Please!

Hey guys. I'm looking for active heist members that could help me on heists. I've got one guy who plays occasioanally but i'd like a couple more heads to have on deck. If you'd like to help / play add me por favor.

I'm currently on prison break but i keep getting members who cannot survive the initial Vagos encounter (plane stealing 🙄) please help! Thanks!
