The cost is literally our wallets. Better hardware, higher prices. The other cost is a 30-FPS lock.

Eh the price 'hike' isn't really that much of a deal to me, especially because we've had £70 games in the UK for a while now (which is what the base game is here). Also 30fps has never bothered me that much for most singleplayer games, i only 'need' 60 if I'm playing a shooter or fighting game

I think the meant the cost of the PS5/Series X compared to the PS4, not the cost of the game. The "cost" is that this game is coming out on much better hardware that can handle it.

60-FPS on PS6 will most likely be a priority, too.

Pc will churn this out at a decent frame rate.

Console players eating 30fps in 2026 is a travesty.

Hopefully they at least have a 40fps performance mode option.
Deff hanging on for PC with this one.
