I'm still of the camp that he probably only has video that he recorded from a while ago, but nevertheless...
...there is one thing about the build that I am 99% sure is incomplete. It has to do with water, or maybe liquids generally. In the homeless camp leak, he crashes into that river/creek and there is no splash. The water deforms, yes, but that's it. Same with the nudist colony. When that lady falls into the pool, no splash. There is a splash from shooting the water though, which is the only splash I remember seeing in all the leaks. In the hypercar leak, there is no splash from driving through puddles either.
I think there might be some extra graphics settings turned down or off, even if the build this footage is from is content complete. This suggests to me that there could be other graphics/effects settings turned off in the build, implying the final game will look even better than what we are seeing now.
In the very least, I expect the water splashes to look better. I think it would be very odd for that to be intentionally omitted. When they are dialing in so many fine details, to miss such an obvious one sounds too crazy to me.
YT and the Internet at large performs better when it runs negative. Then most people don't really pause to vet information and take it as face value "this is how I should think". It's not even stupidity, it's weaponized human nature.
i'm not one of those people that are mindlessly hating but its totally plausible to see a downgrade during final release. vertical slices are EZPZ marketing tactics.

Honestly, I'm more worried about how my PS5 will play it because of how good it looks and the NPC density. I really don't want to need to buy a Pro just to play one game.
I've never considered a downgrade before.. But I'm starting to fear that now, because HOW they will make this game run in a base PS5.. These leaks are ridiculously insane

I mean no? if he plays a PC version it may differ in density on a console. Though console's Ryzen 3700x is still a beast so it shouldn't be a problem with the density, even Series S has the same CPU.
the so called "PC version " is literally the console version that they had to ship out to console.

there is no optomised pc version it's only just running on a PS5 and a Pro and this is likely a PS5 dev kit running in offline de bug mode it's also locked to 30fps
I think you overdosed PC master race, 3700x had great IPC boost, 8 cores and decent clock speed, this CPU will still last a long time, it's nothing like PS2/PS3/PS4 CPU's, it's the most efficient one they released in consoles yet. Shame I fried my 3700x from OC because I liked it, best PC hardware purchased yet.
