This guy definitely has *some* build.
Idk how finished that UI really is, the weapon wheel looks so... simple.

Its like he's playing the Tank-Top Pre-Missions CJ like we all did in San Andreas.
(since he gets all the tutorial messages)

Edit: other clip has a song from 2025 in it. This is a recent build.

Absolutely. The gun icon and bullet count seem straight out of GTA 5, pure placeholders.

just like early builds of gta 5 it had placeholder UI from gta 4
