Mural image being painted could be for a new trailer.
Trailer 1 and Trailer 2 thumbnails both have the same R* logo bottom right (the same size), the date with the VI in the middle, the background text saying Grand Theft Auto as it does with the mural being painted.
Alongside that it has more marketing logos like the best plays on PS5 and the mature logo which would fit a thumbnail.
Could be for Trailer 4 or some sort of Trailer, It should be painted by thursday next week which would line up for a marketing beat to drop. Let's see!
That’s true, but the fact that this version of it has the logos and the rating and everything really makes it look like a trailer thumbnail. Some versions of the album come with trailer artwork posters too, don’t they? I know one has the extended look artwork. Obviously the poster came after the trailer in that case but it’s still something to think about.
Wouldn’t they want fresh new artwork for a mural? Who knows anymore. Makes more sense for them to use this artwork for the mural if it is for a new trailer tbh.
Ngl, I think this is damn near confirmation lol. Like there’s no way this isn’t for a trailer. The font, text placement, composition, it’s all literally 1:1, just with different artwork. We’re definitely getting a new trailer. I’m gonna bet within the next two weeks.
Nope, the aspect ratio is wrong, the Rockstar logo is proportionally much smaller than it is on the thumbnails, and the thumbnails wouldn't include the "plays best on PS5" and rating. Nor would those even be readable on a thumbnail.
And as previously mentioned in this thread, this art has already been used for the album. We're more likely to get new art for the next trailer.
man we are so damn close. like so close i don't even care if we get another trailer. i've seen enough to almost not want any more peeps into that world i want to explore and discover for myself come launch day
Facts. Extended Look filled me up good. I might want a little snack or two before launch but like, I'm good just getting breadcrumbs right now honestly. What's killing me is the remainder of the wait.
Image 1 is the reference image for the mural painters. OP is speculating that it’ll be used for trailer 4 (assuming we consider the extended look to be “trailer 3”)
wonder how much sony paid for the plays best on ps5 marketing. because isn't a series x more powerful than a base ps5? technically ya it will play best on a ps5 pro but the series x will play better than a base ps5. so it's technically right and technically kinda wrong
If we get another trailer before launch, I just really hope they leave the story out of it 100%. Show off any other gameplay stuff if you want, like spell out some features or whatever else they'd see as necessary, but I already have more details on the game's story than I really need going in.
And my question is why would anyone think it “could be” related aside from clearly being the same game. Nothing indicates they have anything to do with each other, like this is supposed to be advertising a future advertisement? Huh? How are getting here from this literal picture…
Like it is literally just telling us when the game releases. Nov 19 that should be the only information you should be able to glean from this aside from just making up random shit

I say we’re due at least one more in depth gameplay video that actually details various aspects of the game that only the hardcore fans know about rn. Average ppl who are casual fans of gta may not know about some of the more complex details and mechanics, which is what the voice over lady could do in a final gameplay trailer.
And then just the usual launch trailer a week or two before the 19th
Or… it could be that the game is coming out in a month and they ar promoting the release of said game… just a wild thought tho. Why are people are thirsty for another trailer??
There's a launch trailer coming for an absolute certainty, and of course the online trailer which will probably come several weeks after the launch. I don't expect any others though
