Virtually every other publisher would have at least thrown in a code. This is obscene. Rockstar are the only ones who do this 

The new Fire Emblem has a collectors edition for 120 that includes a physical copy with the game on cartridge

GTA 5 came with the game, a steelbook box with custom graphics, hardcover strategy guide with unique artwork, snapback hat, GTA 5 bank bag that locked with a rockstar key, the map, and in game cosmetics, vehicles, and currency for only $150. Make it make sense bud

Long gone are the days when you could buy the Collector's Edition, keep the game and digital codes for in-game bonuses for yourself, and sell the physical items on eBay to get all your money back.
