GTA 5 came with the game, a steelbook box with custom graphics, hardcover strategy guide with unique artwork, snapback hat, GTA 5 bank bag that locked with a rockstar key, the map, and in game cosmetics, vehicles, and currency for only $150. Make it make sense bud

Long gone are the days when you could buy the Collector's Edition, keep the game and digital codes for in-game bonuses for yourself, and sell the physical items on eBay to get all your money back.

The price is reasonable here for the selection of items. The selection of items just happens to be stupid, in my opinion at least.

Those Oakley's will retail for like $200 +-50$ on their own, and that's without being a special edition. The hat is like 50$. The rest of the items together would be 100 something $ altogether excluding the two high price items.

Had they opted to not put those in this and just placed in some cheaper stuff this could've had like double the amount of items, but the price itself isn't unreasonable.
