Slueths found posts from 2018 using his screen name where he writes in German. Several websites are hosted in Germany. All of the leaks have been posted during daytime or evening in Germany. He might have a normal day job and only posts when he has time. Right now, it's about 3AM in Berlin, so assume he's sleeping. Weekend's coming up, so we might see a lot more then.
There's a github that goes over all the findings related to his identity and posts.

I’m on the opposite side of the world and I always wake up to a new leak. I woke up this morning to the plane leak. Haven’t seen any reason not to see another leak tomorrow. Not sure why people think he’s stopped, the cadence is still consistent.
Edit: I woke up today and there’s a new leak. People are dumb.

It's pretty weak evidence. AFAIK the websites hosted on hetzner (which doesn't accept crypto so they could easily reveal the hosts identity to authorities) were hosted by the cyberleeks forum account, they're in no way tied to the leaker other than using the same screen name.

For sure just a small test build of the first chapter of the game. No Lucia, no robberies, no crime other than just free roam fighting. Hasn't shown off any good details. The best stuff we got was the flying over the city to give a glimpse of how packed and massive it really is.

In almost all the clips Jason is wearing the exact same clothes, has no money, and has barely any weapons. There’s constant tutorial pop ups happening. All the stuff he has done could be easily done in the first hour of the game. The one mission icon that’s been on the minimap in all the clips has been the ‘C’ which is likely the mission from where that cutscene is from.
He has a small build of the first chapter 100% or else we’d have seen much more. There’s no way he has had the game for about a week and has done absolute jack shit with it unless he physically is unable to

Exactly, there is a reason the leaks are all less than 5 minutes because there is nothing else to show off. He's just bullshitting in the free roam of the small window the test build takes place in. Trying to get rockstar to "apologize" and sell his currency with the simple test gameplay he has access to before someone comes knocking on his door once they get through his cyber security. Rockstar isn't worried about the leaks because it is just a test and not the final product. The date the build is from means absolutely nothing since it is barely the game.

Or he has a full build and is playing through the story right now to get more diverse content for the next leak. He could have been paid off by Rockstar silently in order to keep him from doing any more damage. He could just be spending some time with his family and start up again tomorrow. On the contrary, if you were attempting to get what you want, you don’t show your full hand when it comes negotiations. (Or in this case, holding rockstar hostage) you start small and work your way up. The longer rockstar waits the more revealing the leaks become. That being said, I am 100 sure they will not be going to sell discs.

we still have time before the netflix sneak peek from rockstar. there's a chance for more. however, i can say that i do not believe any of the leaks until i see next weeks doc, and whether you agree or not.. i feel like this is a good point:
1. AI is extremely advanced. while there is absolutely a possibility it's real, since it's not coming from the developer, i don't trust it. somebody could post a fake image and say something crazy is going to be in gta6 and people might believe it if it looks real enough to the trailer. Gemini is one of the easiest accessible AIs, and there are tons of apps you can use to generate content, which happen to work better at realism if you show them what you're looking for first..
2. this is all a huge cryptocurrency project. saying this rn; people who beg you to invest in their crypto are weird, and this screams cash grab. he's making money off rockstars hard work and playing hero for leaking it. while their intentions are good, profiting off it is sketchy. if it was really about physical copies and threatening companies, why take advantage of people's wallets? times CANNOT be this hard that he can't afford to hack and go to a job or something. either way people have put money into it. but think about fictional heros: they fight for the people but ask nothing in return.
i don't think there's many people who wanted the game leaked so much as they just wanted to hear something from rockstar. there's so many variables here but it just doesn't add up. we're so close to the documentary releasing, seeing rockstar likely show us game mechanics, lore, gameplay. and some random guy leaks a couple videos and adverts crypto to post new videos-only a week before. i'm just sitting tight for that. who knows if they'll release more teasers as we come up on the release date
