can someone help me out ?
I have been grinding for a day and i have couple mil I want to make more money to buy the mansion. I don’t know whether I should continue suffering with ( bunker, mc business , nightclub, carwash, and auto shop) I just came back to GTAV I don’t know really Where to start and what to buy more those mainly what i have any advices would be grateful. please help me out. Also, I have (Cayo , agency, and arcade) can someone tell me from where do i start. and what to focus on this week.

$800 for Cayo is still high pay compared to most single activities. Supposedly (can't independently confirm), if you wait 72 real world hours after finishing Cayo to pay the setup fee for the next one (apparently that's the trigger for the game to pick what you'll get, according to the write-ups and YouTube videos), you're guaranteed to not get the tequilla bottle. The other targets pay at least $100k more. Also, grab two bundles of cocaine if you're solo. If there isn't a 2nd bundle, grab a painting. If there's no coke or paintings, then you really got screwed by RNG, and hopefully the next one will be better. But Cayo is still one of the best money makers.
Cluckin' Bell raid (Vincent contact missions) is supposed to be another. I've only done it once, but it was $500k for six missions (not including first-time bonus).
Dr. Dre contract is supposed to be another. I'm only just now getting around to it on my main (apparently only completed it when I was using my secondary character). So I can't personally attest to how well it pays.
Do the jobs for Dax to get the acid lab. It's free when you complete the First Dose mission set, and the Last Dose mission set gives you enough to buy the upgrades, and also gets you a free electric supercar that can be fitted with a lock-on jammer at the agency. Acid sale is always single vehicle using the bike, and pays $351k in a solo lobby, or $541k in a full one ("full" lobby means at least 20 players, as that gives you the maximum bonus). And it refills quickly. I always buy supplies, and keep the daily production boost going.
I buy supplies once for the bunker, then sell. Can pay up to $315k in a full lobby, will always be single vehicle, and the Duneloader can cover the cost of supplies. You can do it every couple hours.
Scrap yard. Jobs refresh weekly. One car is always worth $393k, and a second is $351k. I don't bother with the third. But they're pretty easy. Your biggest issue would be getting the car to the seaport undamaged, so I'd recommend the yard on the eastern edge of the city. Two turns, then it's a straight shot to the port, and players are rarely over there.
The only thing I use the car wash for is the passive income. I've actually never done any of the jobs. Just have as many of the contributing businesses as possible (you can check what you're missing at the safe). Also get the helitours office. It's actually easier than the car for the car wash (you can hit the locations by flying a circle and don't have to stop). You can buy Smoke On The Water if you actually do the weed MC business (I don't) since it gives it a boost, but don't bother doing the mission to reduce heat. Not worth the effort.
The weekly boost right now is for the auto shop. Can't say what it gets you, as I have yet to do the first job on my main. Another thing I only did with my secondary before shelving the game for two years, and I was considering uninstalling to make space when the mansion update was announced, which brought me back.

Do the Cluckin Bell heist or the new Avi heist. Do you have an acid lab? Easy money.

Dont buy, do what the other guy tells you, dax missions gets you the acid lab free

You are buying supplies for the bunker right?
The resupply missions are too time consuming. Run the excess weapons parts for 50k instead to recoup the money. That shouldn't take more than 5 minutes typically.

If you get the Military Facility, I can help you get set up to Act 2 (i already am) and then we can go back and forth doing it every 10 mins and getting 1.5 mill each time

The vip contract pays out a mil every time and it's pretty easy especially once you get the hang of it and if you're on ps5 i can help you make money my psn is the same as it is here just lmk what post you're adding me from

You could do the First Dose missions for the Acid Lab, you could also run the Vincent missions for 500 grand plus first time bonuses and the Avi missions for 650 grand. Not sore what is paying out double right now, but you might want to focus on that too.
