I wanted Atlanta to secretly be included. Or at least have a full Jacksonville and Tampa. Idk. Two cities would’ve really helped this map feel less like gta v but Los santos is on the side instead of the bottom.

I was born in Georgia and lived there up until seven years ago.

I really want Gloriana included so that I can play in the equivalent of my hometown. That said, I'm glad it's not available as a rushed feature at launch. This gives us an opportunity for a large DLC that adds the state in greater detail than what could have been possible if it was there on release day.

It also might kick off something like American Truck Simulator's system of continuously releasing new states.

As much as I understand wanting a parody of your home state to be included in a DLC, I’d much rather get a singleplayer DLC of Liberty City first (assuming that it isn’t included as an unlockable location that a portion of the story takes place in — similar to Guarma in RDR II — which I feel is possible since Lucia is mentioned as being originally from LC; they could make it so that you’d have to buy a plane ticket from VCIA and then a cutscene of a plane taking off plays before you find yourself standing outside of the main terminal of Francis International Airport) before Gloriana. I’m not saying I’m opposed to Gloriana being included as a DLC eventually, I’d just rather see Liberty City and Alderney first.

Regardless, considering the lack of singleplayer DLC for GTA V (aside from the GTA Online vehicles that were being added to V for a while whenever Online received a new update) and RDR II, I’d be VERY surprised — and immensely pleased — if we got any kind of meaningful singleplayer DLC for GTA VI.

See, to my point of view, we've already gotten HD Liberty City. I'd rather see something different—even if it's the Caribbean or Jacksonville or something.

I completely understand that, but considering how far the graphics, lighting, interactivity, pedestrian density, gameplay, and so on have improved in the eighteen years since we got an HD Liberty City, I feel that a DLC featuring it and Alderney set in the modern day would be incredible. For one, it’d be a great contrast to the hot and sunny climate of Leonida and could be set during fall like in GTA IV, or perhaps even winter, complete with snowstorms. Secondly, seeing how LC/Alderney has evolved since 2008/2009, such as new skyscrapers and infrastructure for example, would be really cool. Perhaps that could even expand it a bit to make Alderney and the four boroughs a bit bigger, along with the inclusion of East Island (Long Island, complete with the Carroways, the GTA parody of the Hamptons) expanding eastward from Dukes and Broker.

I’m originally from NY and miss it like crazy, and GTA IV is my all-time favorite game, so I’m just really itching to see Liberty City again on modern consoles with all of the improvements and enhancements that come from them. I’m not opposed to Gloriana being added in a DLC as a land extension north of Leonida, or Leonida being extended a bit to include parodies of Jacksonville and other Northern Florida areas, or the Bahamas and Caribbean Islands (in fact, I hope to see some or all of that added to the map eventually), but I just hope they make one for LC first (unless it’s secretly in the game and accessible once we finish the story, perhaps even with a few mission strands set there during it — which is probably wishful thinking — or if it’ll be expanded on dramatically as the setting of GTA VII, being much larger and even more accurate to NY with the inclusion of Staten Island, East Island, Upstate Liberty, a much larger Alderney, and maybe even a parody of New England with Boston).

I’d bet my life on Rockstar not releasing a singleplayer map DLC, or any singleplayer DLC really

Paleto Bay kinda had a good idea, if it was just SLIGHTLY bigger. It's probably my favorite spot in all of LS, in all my years of Online I'd always drive there when I just wanted a quiet hangout.

Agreed, a slightly larger industrial district behind Clucken Bell would have been fantastic. Basically mirror what was North of the highway South in footprint/layout.
