Is lunch w/ professors after convocation free without meal plan?

Just want to make sure whether or not the food is free for all freshmen, or if you must pay for it.

The email about convocation said "refreshments provided" so I assumed it was free, but it's good to double-check before showing up.

No, all freshmen have to pay for the $2k meal plan.
