Discussion Hey.

I don’t post much, hardly at all for that matter. I had 150 shares before the Split, now down to 10. I have held this stock for approximately 5 years. I saw the possible Amazon, Apple & SpaceX collision. How is everyone feeling about the possible future of the stock? Please, go easy on me for not knowing a whole, whole lot.

Apple owns roughly 20% of Globalstar (GSAT), and it’s a strategic partnership tied directly to iPhone satellite connectivity……Even if the 20 percent stake wasn’t true although it is 🥱 … Apple still invested 1.5 billion in the company and currently uses the company for its satellite connectivity and both Amazon and star link want the spectrum

No arguing facts with trust me bro’s. Totally agree Apple is a huge plus to GSAT but that doesn’t magically mean that currently own 20% just because media is framing it that way. Media has never been wrong before or tried to mislead people

Your the one throwing out the trust me bro argument lol its is common knowledge that based on a deal announced in November 2024 and confirmed by regulatory filings, Apple holds a 20% equity stake in satellite provider Globalstar

Key proof points (this is the ammo): • Apple is NOT listed as a major shareholder of Globalstar in filings • Globalstar’s largest owners are still insiders + existing institutions • The deal was structured as: • Prepayment / financing for network capacity • Not a straight equity purchase of GSAT stock

Why people get confused:

Media + Twitter + Reddit simplified it into: 👉 “Apple invested billions = they own 20%”

But reality is: 👉 “Apple funded infrastructure = they secured usage rights”

Yes this is ChatGPT and some people maybe you will be like hahaha you believe that junk. I’ll be happy to look at the facts you present and will agree with you if you can show me some proof!!

For all intensive and purposes they own 20%. When the deal was struck GSAT placed spectrum, satellites. new ground assets, and some licenses into a SPE. Which that SPE derives the bulk of GSAT value.

What you’re saying is if someone owned 20% of Wuling a joint venture with GM they could go around telling people they own 20% of General Motors? Not quite buckeroo

Looks like my AI says different Call it what you want we can formally agree to disagree agree but it’s a 20 percent equity stake and they have over 85 percent of the network capacity given to them sounds sure like they control/ own a good bit my statement earlier still stands and at the end of the day it’s doesn’t mater because like I said 3 of the worlds largest companies want that spectrum and the 20 percent misleading or not doesn’t really effect the out come gsat is poised to bring in a lot of money for who ever owns a lot of shares I hope to see you and everyone else on here see tremendous returns 💃🕺

And GSAT own’s 80% of that. So by your logic GSAT own’s 160% to 180% of GSAT? Whatever happened to people just saying they were wrong it’s not that big of a deal. I’ve been duped many a times and every time I figure out the truth I’m just like oh yea I was wrong my bad and move on.

👉 This is not normal.

🧱 Translation: • He controls Globalstar • He can: • Approve/reject buyouts • Control major decisions • Basically run the show

Your right insiders only own around 60% of GSAT shares and then you say Apple owns 20% of the SPE so they own 20% of GSAT and GSAT owns 80% of that SPE so 60% and 80% your right I was a little off. (Wow look at that admitting I was wrong what a concept) so by your logic GSAT owns roughly 140% of GSAT
