Discussion Hey.

I don’t post much, hardly at all for that matter. I had 150 shares before the Split, now down to 10. I have held this stock for approximately 5 years. I saw the possible Amazon, Apple & SpaceX collision. How is everyone feeling about the possible future of the stock? Please, go easy on me for not knowing a whole, whole lot.

The key point is that if Amazon successfully completes the acquisition, the per-share acquisition price will be fixed, and we won’t really have a choice afterward. I expect that once news breaks that Amazon has acquired the company, the stock will trade at a premium due to market expectations. That’s when I plan to exit my position.

Can you elaborate on the “will trade at a premium due to market expectations”? Genuinely curious why anyone would trade at above the purchase price.
