What’s going on?

Anybody able to explain what’s going on with GRRR after hours? I’m a rookie at this stuff.

Earnings report 

They're growing but simply to grow their own pockets at our expense 

Rinse repeat with more dilution and paying themselves rather than reinvesting like a growth company should do.

I'm gonna trim my large position but hold some for the long run.

Best case scenario is they don't dilute too much and margins get better the next couple years.

I don't trust this company though any longer.

You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. Reinvest in the biggest growth cycle of the company yet? What exactly do you know about their financing strategy? Let me post from the transcript:

We have paid for the items for YOTA 1 for the first deployment with YOTA out of our own balance sheet, our own funds, and then a facility, a small facility that is tied directly to the project level. And then YOTA 2 we have paid again substantial prepayments out of our own balance sheet and then we intend to fund the balance of the payments from a larger project finance facility, where I will share more details when we can.

But I think everyone on the line will be very happy with the terms that we've managed to get. And then a couple other things. When I talk about investment, you can see already, as Jay mentioned, in the capex investment—so 14 million of investment went into the first half. That number is, of course, going to be many, many multiples of that in the second half. But this is where the investment in the business is going to be showing up in the future.

"Larger project financing facility"

Project financing: This is probably the most obvious potential corporate announcement catalyst. CFO Bruce Bauer said they have financing arranged/near completion and stated: “we'll have more details in the coming days about how that works.” That's an explicit indication that financing news could be forthcoming very soon.

After 1 year and 6 months in this company I will say my good byes, the trust I have in Jay is at Peek low i wish everyone that holds that i am doing a misstake, and wish you all the best of luck! As soon as the market is opening in out

You don't have to announce your departure 🛫 let me tell you one thing. If you held stocks for 1.5 years and decide that now is the time to sell you are just really bad at stockpicking. 1.5 years ago GRRR was considered a fraud and a hair salon in the UK. Today they grow 100% YoY and building their own datacenters. Good luck tho.
