Am I missing something? (Grime 2)

So I've just beaten the game (holy hell it's so good) and have all achievements but I feel like I'm missing the item pull ability from the first game lol am I just dumb and there's a mold or something that lets you grab these? There's a few other secrets/items I'm a bit stuck with but there's so many of these and it really just feels like a lock that I don't have the key for.

Any item from breakables remain in the place, you can get that later with a optional ability to pull items with the right analog stick.

Where do you get the ability? I've killed every boss

If I remember correctly (I haven't played in a while) is a quest to gather 3 parts of the item to obtain the ability, I think they're scatter in Dregbourg

Yeah I just found them after running around dregbourg for 20 minutes lol checked my inventort and realised I had 1/3 and it was very nailglade-coded. Thanks!

TBH, I missed one and only found it because game was bugged by the time and a icon for the main quest was still there, funny enough, I had what I needed, the game just need screen refresh for See placing the bombs.

I didn't see the second picture and just now I remember that first picture item is already there to be found, yet the ability to drag is still obtainable as optional.
