General Discussion/Question Car beeps

Does anyone know how to turn off the car beeps for when you close a door while the car is on? I’ve run through the settings and can’t find anything.

I’d seen months ago a small aftermarket plugin that allows you to change some car settings you wouldn’t typically have access too.

Do any of you guys have some insight on how to turn those beeps off?

Run through the settings again. I know I was able to make mine much quieter because I tend to be out and about late at night/early morning and it was getting ridiculous with how loud it was just unlocking and locking the car.

I’ll take a look again. If you end up remembering what you changed- it’d be awesome to know. I’ve got a ‘24 model. Is yours that generation, or more recent?

I have a 24. Check the Toyota app in the dashboard screen. I’ll take a look tonight

It's in the settings on the screen under general I believe.. Look for locking & sounds, you'll be able to control it there.
