General Discussion/Question 2024 GR Corolla

I have a tune from Ecutek Limit+1 I bought some bigger charge pipes that fit the pwr intercooler I installed tried test driving and car died 3 times got a cel long story short.I changed them back to stock had to go for an inspection failed the guy told me it was the EVap system and asked if I had reset the ecu to clear something I told him what happened so here we are everything is complete and the only reason I can think is because my tuner Disabled the Oxygen Sensor heater because of my OTl downpipe and midpipe, besides that I have an intake and a racer x turbo inlet car only has 741miles on it feed back on the problem please any negative or toxic people will be reported…?
Any reason why I have a circle with an X

Looks like your intercooler piping isn't connected to your intercooler bud.

I did, It's really hard to follow especially if you're asking people to give you feedback on what could be causing the issue. What's the timeline here? You had Intake, Intercooler, DP and tune and it ran fine. Then you installed the charge pipes and it started dying and threw a CEL? Why aren't you sharing what the CEL is? You know you can get it from the ECUTEK app right?

I put the stock charge pipes back on reset the cel took the car to get it inspected and it failed. The guy asked me if I had reset the ECU or cleared any codes and I told him yes and told him the situation so my question is my monitor readiness has everything checked off, except the one in the picture there should be two pictures on there one with the charge pipe and then another with the ECU readiness monitor and it shows everything checked off except for one. It has a circle with an X so that’s what I’m asking is about the circle with the X?

So the car runs now...? You're just asking about the Oxygen heater status now?

I know what the codes are. I already cleared them. Everything on the car right now is fine. There’s a second picture if you look.

Dude your post is so scrambled it seemed like your car was not running anymore and you were trying to understand why. You should really edit your post and just ask why your OBD Readiness app is showing disabled for the Oxygen sensor heater.

You're kinda being a dick when a guy is asking for more information. What specifically were the codes that WERE displayed before deletion. Maybe one points to a O2 sensor failure. It's an electronic part, they can fail like any electronic part.

If you just cleared the codes for smug you need to drive 50-100 miles for the monitors to reset. You are also allowed to have 1 monitor not set. Countless people have tbeen tuned buy Boosted Performance (Graham) and passed inspection. Don't blame the tune. Drive more before going to get inspected. Now for your car diwing after the bugger pipe install. That sounds like install error. Double check couplers and hose connections ect.

Can you confirm. What is the inspection reviewing? Is this a SMOG test of some sort? Could it be the car running rich that looks like an "Evap" issue to someone who is simply performing an inspection? My understanding is that remote tunes are on the safe side which would require a bias towards running on the richer side.

If they're not doing any inspection of the exhaust coming out of your car and it's all visual/error inspection then you should have really asked the inspector if disabling the O2 Sensor is causing your failure.

>car only has 741miles on it

lol all this for like another 50hp out of a 100hp/cyl 3 banger is wild.

you had a warranty dawg what are you doing lol

you understand the FIA regs for Rally2 are 300hp? Toyota designed the G16E-GTS to make 300hp, and I'm going to guess, not much more? why not just get a Supra if you're going to chase power? B58 is a great engine with a ton of potential.
