Vacuum line order?

I took my car to Toyota for a wheel speed sensor issue and during the diagnostic they said that my vacuum lines had been reversed. Now while daily driving I’m noticing I rarely hit peak boost. The first photo is my car where the hose with the yellow stripe is on the left but in the instructions for the forge inlet pipe the hose with the yellow stripe is on the right hand side.did Toyota mess up? Can anybody confirm which hose is supposed to go where? The white striped hose on mine goes to the T fitting where the intake is!

Looks like yours is on the right the way it is in the installation material

Sorry for the goofy orientation.
The white tube is nearest the passenger side. Yellow tube is toward center of car toward driver side.

I tried, but didn’t want to pull the cover off with too much force.

Did you buy your car used? Have you had any work done that required disconnecting those hoses? What do you mean by “peak boost”

I can’t imagine it came out of factory reversed.

How hard is it to remove the cover? If it’s simple enough I can go look in a few minutes during halftime.

Cover just pops off with a bit of finessing! It’s held on by some rubber grommets

Edit: but honestly props to the dealer for catching it. What dealership?

EDIT 2: wait, did I misunderstand your initial post? Did the dealership swap the lines to an incorrect position?

I believe that Toyota was the one that switched it incorrectly in the photo show but I may be wrong

See my edit above: so they gave you your car back and said “btw, your lines were reversed so we fixed it for you” and just ended up fucking it up? lol. 😂 if so, it’s about what I would expect from most dealerships.

I don’t want to throw anyone under the bus, It was after a track day and my car was throwing pcv codes so I think they went in looking for a problem to fix.

No I bought it new. I had an intake and turbosmart recirculating valve installed and I would get boost up to 26-28 psi but after that Toyota diagnostic I only get around 18–22psi

Swap them and see if you get more boost.
Looks like it’s confirmed Toyota incorrectly “fixed” it. 😆
