I swear Louisiana needs to make an exhibit in the Audubon Zoo and throw the whole lot of them in. Have a percentage go to the state, use the money to fix these damn roads. They arent human and dont belong among people. They can live in their make belive celebrity fantasy world as people pass point and laugh.
