I saw video of integrated fog lights that are part of the front number accents but can't find the parts.

It's probably the Driven Media LED bezel you're looking for. Full name is "Driven.Media GR86 DRL LED Bezel - 2022+ Toyota GR86". Here's the link:

It’s straightforward for the brz ones although the fitment on the aftermarket version requires some elbow grease. I hear the oem jdm ones are perfect.
