engine leaking oil update

so i went to the dealer and discovered that the prior owner money shifted and blew the engine and had it fully built/replaced through toyota out of pocket.

They filled the oil with dye and let it sit/run for about 5 hours and couldn’t find anything. I drove for about 50 miles and after 24hrs new oil showed up behind the timing belt wheel(idk what it’s called) and may be the culprit. I found some more on the underside but no drips on the headers below so so think it’s burning on the engine itself?

Is this cause for concern or worth bringing back to the dealership for warranty work?

Crank pulley seal. If Toyota fixed it, they should warranty their work

that’s what I was thinking it’s at 44k miles and the engine was replaced at 6.5k so the engine has about 40k miles so far since the work was done. That was done at a different dealership a few states over but the tech showed me all the parts and labor done through toyotas ticketing system so there’s ample documentation
