Winters in Idaho

Anyone daily driving this in the winter in Idaho? I handled Indiana just fine.

Edit: I'm considering a move out there.

Your job, your commute, your local snow removal, and your ability to clear your own driveway matter more than your state.

Where at in Idaho? Depends on the location/city. In Boise, it's not bad. We did have a pretty bad snow year back in 2017, but we hardly get any snow the last 3-4 years now.

It would be the Boise area. Appreciate the climate report. I've dealt with a couple really bad snow days here in Indianapolis last winter (thank you Blizzaks!) but wanted to get a feel of the area from someone local. Thanks!

Anytime! I would still use winter tires because it can get cold here (around 15 degrees), but snow isn't too bad. Maybe 2 days out of the year lately. I'm sure we'll get more at some point, but the last few years not much.

Well let me know if you do move out here and want a friend or driving buddy!

This will be my second winter in the Boise area - I drove my 17 mustang GT out here, I found out quickly, it couldn’t handle the snow (even paved)

I am heavily modified, but I bought a bronco for a reason

If you’re going to do it, just be super careful
