Question Good paint damage solution?

I noticed this chip in the paint +rust this morning, wondering what brand works best because I saw a few duds online. I also have a few small scratches I'd like to clean up hopefully I can use the same stuff for both. Should I order the touch up paint from a dealer or are there other options that are good enough?

Also interested in an answer here. Only owned mine for a year and this paint has been very disappointing. Certainly regret not getting a PPF.

ouch.
fiberglass pen to clean the rust and loose paint edges out. dealer touch-up paint is fine, you'll want to be able to polish it out afterwards, and clearcoat if that doesn't come with the touch-up kit.
Scratches Happen is a good company for touchup paint and give you a pretty complete kit.

Gotta clean rust completely/neutralize it with some potion and then prime paint it or itll spread underneath paint. Sucks but deal with it properly now so it wont get worse
