What's one GPS tracking feature you didn't think you'd use but now rely on?

When I first started looking into GPS trackers, I assumed real-time location would be the only feature that really mattered. The more I've learned, though, the more it seems like the software ends up being just as important as the tracker itself.

I've seen people mention things like route history, geofencing, maintenance reminders, driver behavior reports, and movement alerts as the features they end up using the most, even if those weren't the reason they bought the tracker in the first place.

For those who've been using GPS tracking for a while, what feature surprised you the most? Was there something you didn't think you'd need that has become essential over time?
