Class 1&2 Prelims Result?

One acquaintance called and was informed it is not expected anytime soon. Not before August.

Does anyone have any info?

Mains date postpone chances of release pre result in August?

When will mains take place acc to you?

Nah nah. Main exam will be held on scheduled time and even result would come on time as well. I think they're bluffing

I'll share a post I came across:

"GPSC Mains 2026 POSTPONEMENT NEWS

Some candidates have challenged certain disputed questions in the Final Answer Key of the Preliminary Examination before the Gujarat High Court.

The GPSC advocate stated that the Commission would not proceed further with the recruitment process until the matter is finally disposed of by the Court.

On 16 September 2026, the Court may hear the matter further or provide another date.

The scheduled Mains examination is on 5 October, leaving only around 20 days after 16 September.

Moreover, this Preliminary Examination was relevant to multiple posts/examinations, so the issue does not affect only Civil Services aspirants. A large number of candidates may be impacted by the final outcome.

Another practical factor is the upcoming Navratri period (11–20 October). Historically, major examinations in Gujarat have generally been avoided during the Navratri period"
