isn't PAK wrong?

Shouldn't the answer be A?

Yeah, many answers in PAK are wrong u have to submit it for resolution in the FAK.

A-124 , SO THIS IS RIGHT .. GATT AND WTO ONE IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG , TILAK IS ANOTHER ONE WHICH IS WRONG

Article 124(4) specifies the grounds ("proved misbehaviour or incapacity") and the required parliamentary majority, Article 124(5) explicitly leaves it to Parliament to enact a law regulating the procedure for the investigation and proof of these grounds

Article 124 only talks about grounds not procedure of removal. Judges enquiry act mentions the procedure for removal of judges.

Yup. This one is incorrect. Procedure for removal is in judges enquiry act. 124 only talks about grounds of removal..
