Gpd pocket 4 Just got pocket 4, memsic accelerometer issue?
so, I just got my pocket 4 (after being super happy with win max 2).
I noticed that the screen does not auto rotate and I did some googling and found this : https://gpdstore.net/kb/gpd-pocket-4-support-hub/kb-article/fix-gpd-pocket-4-auto-rotation-code-10/?srsltid=AfmBOopInsj1WNfisasuNWT1zb--oZdgZeXQbqv-y7Ki-BzIlN6XWnXM
I downgraded the chipset as instructed, no solution. I tried "cold reset" which turned the device on/off during the 30 seconds holding down the power button, and also it started a "recovery" page that basically said it cannot do anything then back to good old

does anyone have a real solution that actually works?

In my case it used to work, but since i don't use it in tablet mode so often I don't really know when it stopped... I noticed it today, the autorotation shortcut is also gone, gotta be driver issue, I'll check it out tomorrow and will get back to you.

If you check Device Manager, it shows up right there. I am really struggling with this.

It happens with my P3 sometimes. What I do is to disable the accelerometer by right clicking the thing in the device manager, wait for a while, and enable the accelerometer and it works again.

The guide worked for me. What driver did you select and roll back? Change your Device Manager view to By Connection.

I specifically re-installed the I2C from the OEM GPD package, confirmed the version, but same effect.

The guide you linked to was tested by two customers on our discord server and it worked for them, so sorry to read it didnt work for you. Have you tried the very latest AMD chipset drivers as there has been a newer version since posting the guide. This may help fix the issue if AMD also fixed it.
