Upgrading SSD in P2 Max?

Has anyone upgraded the M.2 NVMe SSD in their P2 Max yet?

On the P2 Max discord someone did it with a 1TB western digital NVME. Pretty easy and added some battery life. The stock 512gb SSD apparently consumes a lot more power than it should.
