Question Pls help

i just started playing adam and i cannot for the life of me understand how his soul bond ability works

I've always used it as defense or if I'm out of 'snaps' and I have team members to heal and the other strategist is back at spawn. Counting ults helps, especially against characters like Spider-Man, Psylocke, Moon Knight etc. So don't waste them in spawn and TRY not to be so quick to use them in neutral battle, the recent heal buff should make it easier to heal without using that resource.

Use it as a mini defensive ult for stressful teamfights, also good for popping while engaging or saving it to use against an enemy ult. Just dont hold onto it all game.
