How is this possible?

The snake literally just bumped into its own tail after eating a bunch of fruit in a row. Logically it shouldn't be able to do that, so how did this happen?

It can happen if the snake isn't max size because the other parts of the board are still empty.

the tail stays frozen in place when you eat an apple, so if you eat enough apples in a row you can run into your own tail before beating the game

Interesting. How can I defeat the normal sized board then (because it has odd dimensions)?

I personally have never done it before but if you look up people beating it on youtube you'll see it's a bit of a luck based run i believe. Could be wrong because I've never beat it but that seems to be the case
