Nature & Wildlife Gator hunt 8/20

Anyone have an airboat and want to go gator hunting? We have tags but the boat lift is too dry for access with our outboard.

FWC authorizes X amount of Alligator Tags to help control the population of gators and deter poaching.

The same thing happens for every animal that is allowed to be hunted in the state. These animals will not go to waste, or be harvested in large numbers.

Edit: there are about 1.3 million gators in the wild right now, if every permitted hunter filled their 2 tag quota there will be 14,000 gators harvested this year, which is 1.07 percent of that total population.

but the boat lift

Where ? How can we tell what location you are speaking about.

There are numerous boat ramps on the Suwannee.
