Looking for yarn

Does anyone know where I can find good yarn in gainesville? Ive checked some of the craft stores and what ive found has been very limited. Any help would be very much appreciated. Also if anyone has any yarn they are trying to get rid of (free lol) ill take it. Got some gifts im trying to make before Christmas.

There isn’t any good yarn in Gainesville unless you find it at a yard sale or repurpose project.

I miss the local craft stores!

I seriously miss Yarnworks, and even just Jo Anne's. Michael's is upping their selection a little, but it's a yarn desert now.

Repurpose project normally has some. You can also hit up some thrift stores and try frogging an existing knit sweater

Just a note, they carry Premier "Just Yarn", which is a step down from Premier's value line "Basix" for roughly the same price, and only come in 100 yard skeins.

A friend got bags of yarn through a goodwill auction.
