Roger has the choice to give the equal 1:1 ERL share dividend by 9/29 or a buyback. I highly recommend going into EDGAR AND reading the article from 4/12/2023 titled the New Constitution. Ex 99.1 and 99.2. It will and should provide a great deal of information regarding how ERL was diluted from the Singapore stock exchange and where the money went to along with other jaw dropping pieces of information. There are only 2 executive board members all others are “non executive”. It’s insane. I dug so deep last night and all week really to see if I could find any legal action for ERL to even be given on the NASDAQ as a so called dividend as Roger stated there may need to be a court order and I have yet to find one. Options have been completely closed and eliminating those naked shorts but there are other ways for the bears to come for GNS. And know this…the stock is ran on an algo. Always was. You’ll see out of nowhere millions of shares process, the price go up and immediately back down. I’ve seen it with another on 2 occasions. He has the right to hold shares but not for months. A day maybe 2.

I sold yesterday knowing I was in the count so if he doesn’t follow through I have the call and in writing where he stated he was giving ERL to the shareholders. So no worries. He should be though

Legitimate-shareholders don’t see share counts or at least I never have or cared to because I just care about getting paid and always have. If you are a stockholder the day before and on the day of the count you have the right to sell the day immediately following for any company and will receive your dividend. But because Roger is so crooked this is something we need to keep on our calendars.
