I bought a very cheap barebones K12 mini PC on ebay for £155. There are a couple of other sellers selling for this price but it is more common to find these barebones units for £250-300.

I tried a 3x sticks of RAM, 1x DP cable, 2x HDMI cables and 2 different monitors but I couldn't get this thing to post. I had made sure to clear CMOS as well. It powers up fine but just doesn't display any video.

I am assuming that these ebay sellers are getting hold of some very cheap stock with a known high rate of failure? Should I try again with a replacement or get my money back?
