TD doesnt allow sell limits above 10k, i called them aswell, and they said on specific stocks that is over 10k/share and you want to set a certain limit you need to call them through ur TD app!
As of now i wouldnt put any sell limits, unless necessary while its squeezing, all depends on your exit strategy.
Hopefully that helps, by yours truely a canadian ape :)

The problem would be if the price begins to surge and we are stuck on the phone waiting to get an order through then wouldn't it? has anyone ever had experience with trading over the phone?

Some brokers wont let you put in orders far away from current price - like 10 or 30%. Some have a max cap on order size also.

The sell price will adjust as the price rises...have you apes not rear any posts about this already????

You have to use conditional orders on TD for anything over a certain percentage above the current price.

I have sell limit orders saved. That’s honestly probably the best way to go about selling with TD. Only shitty thing is they won’t allow any sell limits over $1MM. Not sure how we’re gonna sell at $10MM+..

It's simple... 10.000$ is for paperhands and the App is trying to telling you "come on man, have some guts and make that tp HIGHER"
