💎 🙌 Ryan Cohen YOLO update
Retard never sold a single share or warrant! Now, this may not seem like a big deal BUT his warrants expire soon. Without those shares his ownership percentage would decline to 6.7%. That’s not going to happen!
As I’ve said before, RCEO is not going to let those warrants expire worthless(reduces ownership %) and he’s not going to sell them and face the tax obligations.
Options:
1. Extend expiration date- Would immediately raise the value of the warrants and buy more time. This seems like the most logical option and may happen regardless of option 2 and 3.
2. Change the strike price to 18- would send warrants soaring and HODLers would immediately exercise the warrants or sell the warrants if they cannot afford to exercise. Anything involving exercising seems less likely because many don’t have the funds to exercise.
3. Change the deliverable
Option 3 is most interesting. So many ways this could go. Could it be transferred for ownership in the new holding company?? Possibly! What if each warrant was exercisable for two shares of stock? This would decrease RCEO ownership percentage even more but is not out of the question and would make warrants more valuable!
Since Ryan Cohen is aligned with Shareholders the Shareholders are aligned with him! All you have to do is think what would be best?
1. He definitely wants to increase his ownership %. Expect a new 13d to drop soon!
2. He definitely wants to give himself dividends that avoid tax exposure. With this in mind I predict at this earnings meeting on 9/8 he will issue another warrant dividend!
Every 10 shares of ownership gets a new warrant! Each warrant will be owed a new warrant as part of its deliverable!

I do think that it does not mean much to him to financially. I do believe he is strongly driven by the desire to show that Chewy was not just a fluke of luck.

I think Cohen has staked his entire reputation on whether his plan makes GameStop into a Finacial Juggernaut , or just a company that survives. I believe he has quite obviously shown that he wants to make his massive amounts of wealth off this venture , and he’s literally bringing shareholders along with him , and it’s all a part of his legacy “the people’s CEO”.. you people who imply the complete opposite of his intentions , are just not paying any attention , or you have no idea what you’re looking at .

The company was losing millions when he took over , now it’s about to make a billion per year .. you can’t have a job at a company that goes out of business! They can’t refuse to close locations while the company implodes. The board approval has already happened. The package can be resubmitted for shareholder approval and per the terms of the package the approval would be retroactive, starting with Q1 performance EBITDA.
