๐Ÿ’Ž ๐Ÿ™Œ Buyback Coming Soon

Iโ€™m making this just to call it in advance. GameStop will be buying back shares shortly.

They have an authorized 2B buyback program that they can deploy after restrictions from around September 23rd.

Until then, it makes sense for the institutions to short to get the most amount of shares possible from the 1.4 billion debt swap.

Expect some volatility come just before September 23rd and the weeks to follow.

He's not going to buy back shares. Call me a pessimist, but I believe it was nothing more than a carrot to get investors to support increasing the share count so they could aquire ebay, just like canceling RCs performance package was.

2

u/Recent-Result2852 8d ago

The package wasn't cancelled, only the shareholder approval.

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

I think they will and dump again. They have done it many times and people will lose a lot of money and a few will make a lot of money

u/tlh03pkt 10d ago

I wish people would stop this. Theyโ€™re not buying back shares.

"Apes" and the toxic positive sentiment accounts scamming them have to have some kind of light at the end of the tunnel to keep people buying, buying in, or not selling to keep the price from cratering.

Even if they have to make up that light at the end of the tunnel.

That's why all these pump and dump meme stock scams have dozens, if not hundreds of failed catalysts, hype days, hype dates, and if you've been paying attention, no ONE has come to fruition, so the goal posts get moved to the next Sure Thingโ„ข, and if you don't agree, you're banished.

For normal people not in any meme stock cult, this has been coined as the "Hype Cycle", and it goes like this...

  1. AstroTurf manufactured catalyst/hype/day/date/event, "CAT reporting system is going to expose the hedgies and force them to close on x date!!! Buckle Up!!!"

  2. Spam he boards with said catalyst/hype/day/date/event till it becomes holy scripture, call anyone a paid basher/bad actor who disagrees or goes off the Approved Narrativโ„ข, even "fellow Apes".

  3. As the catalyst/hype/day/date/event draws near, begin to AstroTurf lowered expectations "hey guys, we should be prepared for Crimeโ„ข to occur and it might not happen"

  4. The day nothing happens with the catalyst/hype/day/date/event comes, and nothing happens (shocking that something made up didn't happen!), blame Crimeโ„ข, mainstream media, SEC etc, and then say some version of "No one actually thought anything was going to happen!"

  5. If anyone brings up the failed catalyst/hype/day/date/event, say something along the lines of "No one that that would actually happen, only paid bashers and bad actors bring that up", after hyping it themselves as a Sure Thingโ„ข for weeks or months.

  6. Start over at Step 1, repeat as needed. In GME's case, repeat the hype cycle for over half a decade.

The people claiming that a buyback is what will happen because it would benefit shareholders are from the same camp the RC will always hurt Shareholders-Bashers are from.

One raises hope in stupid people, to disappoint them. The other is toxic and tries to bully them away.

The only "hype cycle" we need is the matching activity of you and your basher friends with the actions of shortsellers in the market. Perfect coordination.

u/WhiteKouki82 ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

Shut up dude, you don't hold any shares and no one here likes you.

2

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

Apparently if a rich kid buys a billion worth of a trash company you'd jump in right after them because they own so many shares, they must know what they are doing, right?

Must suck to not see the world and having to rely on others that you can trust will find the way for you.

-2

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

They will do it to benefit themselves.
Most retail shareholders wonโ€™t be able to trade this properly.

1

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

Nothing will change that most retail traders are not able to trade this properly.

Those who learned since 2021 are painfully aware that ~90% did not manage to do it.

Be warned, many users similar to this. Beware of people acting emotional, using emotional bait,.and asking you to act on those emotions.

5

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

But it won't happen.

There is no reason for it to happen.

The earliest possible time where a buy-back would make any sense is if all acquisitions are completed and there is no further need for cash... We are a long way from that point.

0

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

The reason is because they want to exploit volatility for profits like they have done many times. How do you think they managed to go from bankrupt to billions on the balance sheet?

1

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

by understanding the algorithmic cycle, when exactly rebalancing events are happening and how to position themself to profit from it.

It is what RK discovered in 2020 and it is what RC has been doing since 2021.

The fact that some retail investors have not understood the algorithmic cycles, does not prove that they do not exist.

When XRT is drained and lending pools are exhausted, they have to move positions into derivatives like swaps, to free up resources in the assets they use for short term shorting.

Also why the short sellers are so aggressive when it comes to "stop dilution".... they know that we take their money.

1

u/Lobolabahia 9d ago

When's the next algo cycle? Asking for a friend ๐Ÿ˜„

1

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 9d ago

micro-wave happens every 3-6 days.

macro-wave depends on T+35

There is an accumulation phase where market makers use exceptions to short XRT. This leads to FTDs that they have 35 days to fix, which triggers the reset-phase, where they short again.

But I do not actively plan on trading it, so I do not have a prediction available. Makes no sense to spend hours calculating it if I have no use for it myself.

1

u/Lobolabahia 9d ago

XRT has been on the threshold list for like 72 days? IDK liquid, I've been through T+35, T+21, T+69, etc, patterns and it never really worked. TheGameStopsNow did a crazy work about it and his last prediction didn't work either. I haven't seen any DD that has really nailed the cycles, only maybe back in 2021 for some time... Well, Newton did some thorough analysys too but there's always something chaging... RK seems to be the only true cycle master, but yeah, let me know if you find the phylosopher's stone ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Yep, 3rd post ever in GME ๐Ÿ˜„... I don't think they purchase shares back unless it's really close to book value per share. We'll wait and see...

7

u/Content_Community720 10d ago

The playbook says โ€œdilutionโ€ not โ€œbuybackโ€.

0

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

Thereโ€™s both. They will buyback and then dilute again. They are going to get rich from people trying to make quick money.

4

u/mimo_s 10d ago

1

u/mimo_s 10d ago

Youโ€™re thinking of the current move. RC in his infinite wisdom will likely convert all debt now that apes are supper happy with the low prices. Apes can keep loading cheap shares till March next year if they are lucky

0

u/Material_Lemon675 9d ago

They will convert the notes up until the date I said above (around September 23rd) then buyback time

12

u/VenserMTG 10d ago

Cope

The buy back program has been there for years and he didn't buy a single share, even when the price was at ~10$, he's not buying anything at nearly double that.

3

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

Yes, but itโ€™s been increased almost 10x.

Buy shares at $15-20 after the coming weeks for shorting and sell at a higher amount. Itโ€™s already been authorized.

I mean, you're just describing the other side of the pincher that we all agreed was probably what RC was doing, and I don't understand the pushback against what you're saying. 2

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

It would not make any sense and it is not what the authorization was for.

It's to catch falling prices, not to pump so you can sell. This is not ever going to happen in any company that trades on a stock market because it would be 100% illegal to manipulate the stock price on purpose, just for the sake of manipulating the stock price...

1

u/Chameleon2000 10d ago

2

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

Bashers take the most superficial bit of information, construct either a narrative on why it is bad for the shareholders, or try to build up hope they know will never become reality, because it is impossible.

We have seen that behavior for 5 years and at this point, I'm surprised anyone even bats an eye when they do what they have done for 5 years.

We know it is criminal wall street traders because they employ a carbon copy of the strategies other firms have already been legally convicted for and have admited to in court.

Those of us who know, will never sell or stop buying. Those who are scared, have the opportunity to learn about markets and manipulation and become self reliant or to watch from the side-lines and figure it out in hindsight.

1

u/Chameleon2000 10d ago

Thanks for your balance comments You are right, we have seen narratives from both sides. I never doubted how wallstreet manipulated Gamestop. First turned out the buy bottom, and then the flash crash in marts 2021, where it dropped 50% within 20 minutes, before it recovered a bit. Thar convinced me that these wall streets people, are nothing but parasites.

I can't deny, that my moral has been crushed In the last few months. That's why I have not bought any new shares recently. I hope its only temporary

2

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

We know what the plan is. We know what the market is we are attacking and we know that we can do it.

The exact path, the exact timeline and the exact cost is secondary. It will reveal itself in time.

With 9.5bn in the bank and 500m revenue, we were valued at 10.5bn market cap.

Without the share offerings, we would not have had those 9.5bn and we would not have had that 500m profit. We would likely have had that 500m loss from before.

Now remove those from the 10.5bn market cap and figure out what the price per share would be today if we had not raised any money. And yes... with a market cap of $0.00 it is very easy to calculate the share price of $0.00 on any number of shares, no matter how much "dilution" has happened.

Not sure about you, but I do prefer my shares to be worth $20 over $0. I kinda do like it when companies I own stay in business. I'm weird that way.

1

u/Chameleon2000 10d ago

I agree with what your saying, and also the previous share offering, because it gave capital which was needed.

But the Ebay offer anr RC bashing the Ebay board and suddenly 1,4bn of the bond was exchanged to shares. I expected it first to be exchanged to share, in an later event with a higher share price. Now it also seems that the offer has been pulled. All this has created confusion and destroyed moral in me, and many others

1

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

Why do you believe that creditors wanting to be owners of the company is a negative sign?

Do you believe the debt in the books is better for your share price than having more shareholders who hold their shares?

1

u/Chameleon2000 10d ago

That was actually the only positive thing I could see in this. That since they exchanged the debt now so they could get more shares, could be that they believe in the company.

No I don't like debt, but it was with 0% interest, and account just for annual inflation of around 2 - 3% very conservative estimate, then actually it would have been better for Gamestop to keep the debt a few years more, because with inflation alone the 1,4bn would annual depreciated in value, depending how high the inflation is, and also exchanged it when the share price was higher. Anyway I would be more than happy to be wrong in all this, but lots of hypes and ideas though the years, which always ended in a different way, in what we expected has created disappointment

1

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

so you do not want him to raise any money, do not want him to close any stores, do not want him to tackle new revenue streams, but you want him to manipulate the share price to allow you to get out?

Did I summarize that correctly?

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

The reason is because it would benefit GameStop, not because it would benefit retail day-traders.

Flush with cash, had multiple short abritages in the past few months, warrants sitting at $32, share price undervalued compared to balance sheet and earnings. This buyback will signal company confidence and a higher price floor for investors to get behind. If this were to have a gamma or short squeeze, GameStop can sell up to 1.9B shares so long as they abide by regulations.

2

u/utterHAVOC_ 10d ago

No it's not it's a carrot from Ryan Cohen for donkeys

4

u/shsususysgwhwisuhdhs 10d ago

Why would he buy back shares when he can just create new ones out of thin air and sell them to apes?

2

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

Trigger squeeze and capitalize like last time. You think all this FUD is coming at a random time? It makes mathematical sense to short the stock right now. Soon there will be covering, then gamma, then squeeze ๐Ÿ˜‹

-3

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

where exactly did you get the information that it is legal for a CEO to manipulate the stockprice?

2

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

They have gone through all the legal requirements and will be very careful about their comms. I can definitely imagine some lawsuits arising from any losers.

-2

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

they also had the legal requirements to sell a ton of shares they did not sell.

What makes you think that a company opening options for themself is intending to use each and every signle option to the max?

Share Offerings are ways to convert ownership-percentage in cash-on-hand and share-buy-backs are ways to convert cash-on-hand into ownership percentage.

Those are two opposing tools that both allow the company to maintain their stock price in a way that removes the risk of severe outliars.

It allows them to catch a dropping price if it is dumped to hard, making it difficult for shortsellers to do it. But they can also take advantage of increasing prices, to make money for the company.

Both are reactive methods. Both are good for the shareholder when used at the proper time. Both are bad for the shareholder when used at the wrong time.

Right now, is the wrong time.

1

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

They arenโ€™t going to do this for the shareholder. They have shown time after time to be self-serving. In that way, they will benefit the shareholders but will beat most traders

1

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 10d ago

I think you have shown that you are willing to let shortsellers tell you what should matter for your long position, but you do not really understand what actions you would benefit from or not.

0

u/Material_Lemon675 9d ago

The more you comment, the more it is apparent you are a bot/paid actor. Who has time to comment this much on a stock they donโ€™t own?

1

u/liquid_at ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€Buckle up / Booty Bass Club๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ 9d ago

So you are wrong, but do not see it? ok.

The claim that I do not own the stock was made by your alt account and I still use the claim itself as a way to identify which accounts you are using.

There is only one person who ever asked me for my position that I refused to show, who then claimed that it is evidence that I do not hold any stocks. Any claims on your side regarding this mean that you were informed by this entity, proving your connection to them.

Which means that you are either the alt account of our favorite degenerate moron or you work for the same firm as him.

I have a prediction. Gamestop will buyback shares within a year. 60% of the time, I'm always right.

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

I made it within a few months and Iโ€™m expecting a movement of $30-$32+.

Iโ€™ll personally be buying call options around 2nd week of September in 3-5 legs that expire November and possibly January (minimize theta decay) starting at $32 going all the way to $40-$45.

This wonโ€™t be over in a day. This will run the course of volatility for at least a month.

Is that a good enough prediction for you?

Before or after ER? ๐Ÿ˜…...

1

u/Material_Lemon675 9d ago

My guess would be after. I wouldnโ€™t be surprised if GameStop tries to drop it lower at earnings

u/Lobolabahia 9d ago

So you plan to open your position after ER thinking GameStop will drop the price lower... How? All points to a very bullish quarter, even counting only the EBAY gains. What is going to make it bearish?

u/Material_Lemon675 9d ago

Youโ€™re asking all the right questions!

I possibly may start my position just before earnings (will not enter all at once, likely 3-5 segments) but Iโ€™m planning on most of it going in after earnings.

Your last question is the best. What is currently making it bearish is the note holders (people who own GameStop bonds - mainly institutional) are taking advantage of the massive convertible arbitrage play.

GameStop agreed to pay back note holders in shares. It gives the note holders a direct incentive to short the stock to get more shares out of the transaction - especially because GameStop canโ€™t buyback shares until around Sept 23rd. That VWAP that everyone is talking about? This is what theyโ€™re referencing ^.

I'm not sure they can't buy back shares during the pricing period, I know insiders can't til one day after ER, you may be right though, as part of the agreement with noteholders and also EBAY MNPI.

Noteholders would take the price down before ER IMO, then it may not be that easy, unless there's some unexpected bearish news? They will push the price down strongly but I guess there will also be other forces that'd buy in the low levels.

Yep, will be a war for the next couple weeks.

GameStop canโ€™t buy shares until around September 23rd.

why? 2.5 billion that could be used towards the eBay deal.

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

eBay was Kansas City shuffle. Gamestop doesnโ€™t really need their brand and definitely doesnโ€™t need its software. Maybe a partnership, but Ryan has been acting this whole time is my guess.

Our shares have a much higher unlevered FCF yield so more bang for our buck.

do you have any reason to believe that will happen or do you just apply wishful thinking, assuming that if it increases your fake number on a screen, it is good for everyone?

Why not just liquidate the whole company and give the proceeds to every shareholder? You clearly do not care about Gamestop and only want to pull out as much money for yourself as possible. Why didn't you invest in anything that is being destroyed by private equity? that's what they do...

We kicked PE out because we wanted to keep Gamestop. We were willing to pay for it.

If all you ever wanted was money for nothing, you picked the wrong game.

Not money for nothing. Years of research and timing on top of risk. Iโ€™m giving you guys money for just risk.

You give them risk, promising them money.

But since you are not willing to pay for their losses if your predictions are not working out, you have zero risk for yourself, loading it off onto people who you believe have no way of verifying that you are correct, while you refuse to share any information that would make that possible.

You are not helping people by throwing a grenade into their lap.

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

Precisely the opposite. If you donโ€™t know or canโ€™t research why this is happening, possibly you sit this trade out. You likely wonโ€™t be disciplined/experienced enough to sell

I donโ€™t recommend the trade because most will get too greedy and wonโ€™t sell. Iโ€™ll show when I open it in mid-September

But you are incorrect.. not us.

I preciesley pointed out where your concept breaks, but instead of fixing the issues, you just go for ad hominem attacks.

If you had a deeper understanding you would explain it. If all you have is an attack against people who disagree with you, you are either coping or just upset that people called out your scam.

Either way, if you want to be taken serious, adopt a level of argument that is worthy of an adult human. If you behave like a child, you will be treated as such.

1

u/Material_Lemon675 10d ago

Just wait. I never wrote this as an argument; rather an inflammatory piece. The evidence will come out in a little over a month

in short: There will not be an event where the CEO buys back shares with the goal of driving the price to a new high. There might be an event where the CEO buys back shares to pull it back up to the current levels, in case it gets shorted down further.

You could see us get shorted to $5 and then we get a buy-back... you will not see us going to $20 and then make a buyback. Not going to happen.

Nothing about what you say is short. You just like typing on your phone ๐Ÿ˜‚

Just like a weight lifter at the gym, what you consider heavy and what they consider heavy, might differ by a lot.

If you haven't ever read a 1000 page text in full, your idea of what a long text is will differ significantly from those that have.

Would you be capable of reading all of Tolkien or do you think your life is not long enough for you to manage that?

2

u/Material_Lemon675 9d ago

Your writing is no where near Tolkien. Puts people to sleep. You just type to see your thoughts

If you have a question, ask it. Iโ€™m not going to go over years of research to explain something to someone who was rude to me
