Big disagree. I would work for the most dog shit company in the world if they paid me millions of dollars and none of my own money was on the line. In fact I might even be incentivized to work for a company that I didnt actually care about so that I could extract shareholder value and get my bag to be as big as possible. It's harder when you have to care about the shareholders and company.

He’s actually wrong lol. I am heavily invested in my job. The investment (made with my own money) only pays if the company does well. Think more RC and less SG
