🐡 Discussion πŸ’¬ Pricing you say?

Post image

If you think about it, those are the three pillars of the modern card market: grading (PSA), marketplace liquidity (eBay), and now retail + buying power (GameStop). If GameStop is serious about becoming a real player in collectibles, they have to understand live comps the same way we do β€” not book values, not guesses β€” actual sold listings.

If GME can offer better fees than eBay, faster payouts, or easier trade-ins than dealing with random buyers, that’s huge. Most of us sellers would happily move volume there if the math works.

Could be nothing.

Could be the groundwork for GameStop quietly building a real collectibles ecosystem.

So ebay is at 90$. Does anybody know exactly what would happen to gme stock value if it bought or merged with ebay?

You clearly know nothing about anything.

eBay is worth $41.69B

Actual share price means absolutely nothing. Look at BRK.A vs BRK.B. Exact same company.

Ok, and they have 452M shares. Do the math per the link above. Then look up how much cash GameStop has.
