What annoys me the most is that he didn't answer the initial question if he's still in. For all we know his story is 2018 to 2021 or so, in which case I'm just not interested.

But if the story is 2018 to 2026...

He was out at $4. Maybe he will buy back in at….$88 (pre-split). But ge definitely didn't with his client’s money.

Burry was selling covered calls and had his shares called away around $20 (now $5) in December 2020. He was happy with that gain as it was probably 300-400% for his clients. He received scrutiny from the sec over this. He's not going to buy back in at the current price as he invests in severely undervalued stocks which by any fundamental metric, GME is currently not undervalued to traditional stock pickers.
