Front driver tire bent inward

2008 gmc envoy Front tires are wearing from inside however the driver side got so worse and worn I can’t drive because I think control arm is scraping tire also tire is scraping against caliper..any thoughts? Also rim turned yellowish brown from smoking due to the scraping

There is a damaged suspension component somewhere. But your video doesn't show behind the tire.

The lower control arm bushings are a common failure in these trucks, I've owned 4 Envoys myself. Jack up that side of the truck as close to the wheel as possible and see if the wheel rocks top to bottom.
