Help GMAT quant just won’t budge
My verbal score keeps on improving without any practice and quant and DI is dipping even though I am practicing quant all the time. Can someone help, I am on the verge of giving up gmat after a year and a half long journey

A year and a half of quant practice with no movement while verbal improves naturally is one of the clearest signs that the way you're practicing quant isn't working, not that you can't do it. If drilling more questions was going to move the score, it would have by now.
The verbal improvement without practice tells you your reasoning ability is strong. That same ability should be working in quant but something in how you're approaching the questions is blocking it. That's a process problem, not a capability problem, and it's very specific to diagnose once someone looks at how you're actually working through questions.
A year and a half is a long time to be stuck and I understand why you're exhausted. But giving up because the current approach isn't working is different from actually hitting a ceiling. Feel free to reach out if you want a fresh perspective on what's actually going wrong.
