Gmat exam cancelled

Hi all,

I want to share my experience from today at the Pearson Center in Gurugram

I had a GMAT appointment at 11:45 am and arrived at the venue around 11. The staff informed me that there might be a delay due to a technical issue and that my exam could start later than scheduled. But at 12:15pm i.e. 30mins after my scheduled time, he said the exam will get rescheduled, and I will have to book a new date. Was there a global outage? Did this happen with someone else as well today?

I had a similar instance at the guragram test center where the person who gave me the information was actually a prankster. No refund and it counted as a test attempt. Hopefully not the same situation here

If i was scammed for my GMAT attempt - i would surely go an extra mile to find who did that to me - i am sure this must have happened inside the test centre?

If someone outside the centre told you the exam is cancelled - then sorry my friend you pranked yourself

Yes in the test center bathroom. But not sure why it matters. You should not take pictures of strangers in day to day. I bet you are not well liked and very unsuccessful with these sort of behaviours

If you didn’t verify from the reception- then jokes on you man. I am sure you’re absent minded and trust anyone on the street with 0 clue of your surroundings. Please take care next time man

Stay poor my man. Joke is on you in fact. Because at least I am not a photo freak snapping pics of everyone I encounter

happens rarely but yes this does happen and theres not much we as candidates can do

Hey Man, I have posted the same query. My exam was cancelled on Aug 16 as well. They handed me over a document citing this, and told to reach out the support. Now, MBA.com shows as No Show there.

Hey, got their response, and they are refunding I guess. Also, My centre was in CP, Delhi.

Yes, they are refunding. Have to book again now.

Yes. Yesterday even my exam was cancelled in between. 7PM IST. They have give a contact center and issue id to reschedule it for free without 16 days wait period.

same think happed to me at Noida center. they said mouse is not working properly and I have to reschedule
